Dear Winnow Card,

I am writing to express my concern regarding a glitch in the program I have been playing for the past two weeks. Despite my efforts, I have not received any advertisements or monetary compensation for my participation.

I am unsure whether this is a scam. If you do not respond to this email, I will be compelled to notify the Apple Store to remove this game from their platform. Your company’s deceptive practices are concerning to consumers.

I have been actively participating in and observing top-up games, including pop-up games, with the objective of accumulating a total of $44,636.00 However, I have encountered a persistent glitch in your game. Despite repeatedly scratching out cards, I have not received any monetary compensation or progressed to the next level.

Kindly rectify this issue and ensure that my funds are transferred to my PayPal account.
