Needs iPad compatibility update - screen rotation
App on iPad doesn’t have screen rotation. You have to use in portrait. Please update this standard app functionality.
Landscape view is not available now
New version of the app seems to have eliminated the ability to view in landscape. Makes it impossible to use with iPad keyboard. Please add landscape option back to the app.

Forgot my login, changed password, still didnt work, told me to call a number even though i literally just checked my login. I just want to check how much money i have, it should not be this slow

Thanks to Tamika mallette and Belle Mueller they help me out with open a account and they are a beautiful bank to bank with no fees and I get a deposit of $300 dollars because I did direct deposited with them thanks yall

End of day balance
My stars are 4.5
Anyway, I’m reviewing to request that the app developers can implement end of day balance on the screen that shows each days deductions and deposits. Like a foothold for each day while we scroll and review. We see the date, but don’t know what the balance was at that point. Does that make sense? I hope, I tried.

Lacks Split View for iPad
The app gets the job done until the job is using it beside another app. I use YNAB for budgeting, which is happy to support view, but Wintrust does not, making the entire process feel like more of a chore than it already is.
Terrible
This App is always having maintenance issues making the “quick and easy” check in your phone not an option. Completely ridiculous.
Horrible bank
The app is hard to work very confusing the employees are 0 help I got direct deposit to my account but it shows nothing in my account and no one could tell me what is happening they couldn’t even help me activate my card after I gave them the information they requested so I asked them to just close my account because I didn’t want to continue to work with them anymore and they refused to do that as well 0/10 bank especially for first users I recommend a REAL bank I never even heard of anyone using Wintrust

Stupidest banking app ever
I hate using this app. My mom insists on putting money in an account she opened for me with this bank, and every time I need to use the money that’s in there I have to go in person to take it out because this app is so horrible. I’ve tried to connect it to the bank account I actually use so many times but when I try to transfer with bank account information, it asks me to verify micro deposits that are NEVER SENT. Then, if I try to transfer through log in information, It sends a log in code and verifies my number over and over again then times out. The developers have made it impossible to transfer to another bank.

Fix it or I’m done
Way too many times now I’ve tried to transfer money between my accounts, send money, or make a withdraw, just to be hit with an error telling me Aj update is required when there is literally no update in the App Store. I work night shifts, and I need my account to be available at all times at night so I can go about my day yet too many times I haven’t been able to eat lunch because your app doesn’t work. Absolutely ridiculous.

Deposit checks doesn’t work anymore
Ever since the most recent update, it will no longer accept deposits because it always says That there is no endorsement when clearly there is an endorsement on the back of the check. It used to work perfectly. Very frustrating.

Rolling Balance Missing
The newest update took the rolling balance away. I can no longer go back to a certain date to see what my balance was at that time. I can see individual transactions, but not the balance on that particular date in the past. Please bring that back!
New update makes all pop ups not function
