총 7번 이용하면서 마지막으로 송금할 때 리뷰 남겨야지 했는데 그 날이 오네요. 미리미리 송금 안 하고 항상 돈이 필요한 날이 닥칠 때 급하게 하는데 매번 3일만에 완료돼서 굉장히 잘 썼어요!!!! 강추합니다. 그리고 감사합니다 :3

Extremely poor customer service. Was asked to submit my ID for verification, but since doing so, the company has gone silent. The communication gap is unacceptable. I’m still waiting for a response weeks later.
Very poor customer service, UX. Unprofessional KYC controls.
Typoed emails felt scammy. They debited our money first, then decided to run a truly inappropriate extent of AML/KYC checks, all while saying that it was NOT standard company policy. Was that supposed to make me feel more confident in their services? This was for a modest sum of no greater than $1k.

It’s not bad, but for some reason it would always be asking me to re-verify my identity. My identity doesn’t change. I thought it was because of Korean regulations but the app that I’m using to replace this still hasn’t asked for it except for the first time.

Money gets held for days on end then they call bullying you to give me them all your most personal and private information. Then when you ask for your remittance back because you are not willing to share your most private financial information, like details of your salary and bank accounts, they refuse to return the service fee to you. Highway robbery. Apple should put a warning on this app.

Disappointing – transfers take forever and customer support is useless
The speed is a joke. Even expedited transfer takers more than 24 hours. No updates, no estimated time, nothing. Customer service is honestly not helpful at all, hard to reach, slow in response.
Do yourself a favor and use literally any other service. When you actually need the money to arrive on time, they’re useless. Never again.

갑자기 로그인 자체가 안되면서 계속 오류가 생겼다고 하네요. 저는 송금했는데 송금이 잘 진행되었는지 확인이 안되고 있습니다.

Do not use this app. 다른 송금앱 쓰세요. 진짜 빨리 필요한돈인데 액수가 아주 큰것도 아닌데 심사도 오래걸리고 그냥 갈아탈때 된거같아서 이제 안쓰려구요. M으로 시작하는앱 방금깔아서 송금 했더니 진짜 몇분만에 바로들어오네요 첫 송금인데도. 꼼꼼하게 검토하는건 좋은거 같지만 저같은 사람에게는 송금 속도 빠른게 최고네요.
