Extremely poor customer service. Was asked to submit my ID for verification, but since doing so, the company has gone silent. The communication gap is unacceptable. Iโm still waiting for a response weeks later.
Very poor customer service, UX. Unprofessional KYC controls.
Typoed emails felt scammy. They debited our money first, then decided to run a truly inappropriate extent of AML/KYC checks, all while saying that it was NOT standard company policy. Was that supposed to make me feel more confident in their services? This was for a modest sum of no greater than $1k.

Itโs not bad, but for some reason it would always be asking me to re-verify my identity. My identity doesnโt change. I thought it was because of Korean regulations but the app that Iโm using to replace this still hasnโt asked for it except for the first time.

Money gets held for days on end then they call bullying you to give me them all your most personal and private information. Then when you ask for your remittance back because you are not willing to share your most private financial information, like details of your salary and bank accounts, they refuse to return the service fee to you. Highway robbery. Apple should put a warning on this app.

Disappointing โ transfers take forever and customer support is useless
The speed is a joke. Even expedited transfer takers more than 24 hours. No updates, no estimated time, nothing. Customer service is honestly not helpful at all, hard to reach, slow in response.
Do yourself a favor and use literally any other service. When you actually need the money to arrive on time, theyโre useless. Never again.
