Like I say before get really disappointed with the service they provide and the waiting time for they get in contact with you I got a refund from Amazon what normally take 5 to 7 business days with Wirex they say me 32 days and the shoot the ball one to the other not really recommend. And when I order a card I pay the delivery 2 times one to Wirex and other again ti the post office…. Basically à mess not really recommend

Application complètement buguée, ils n’ont pas repris les tokens de Google authenticator ce qui fait que j’ai la somme de 3000€ bloqué et le support s’en tape, ils demande une tonne de justificatifs pour réinitialiser Google authentificator puis ne réponds plus. Passez par une autre plateforme si vous voulez pas vous faire scam
