Cost is too much
Please Bring Back Old Version! Doesn’t work!
The new Update/Version no longer works on my iPhone! I have an older version phone and it won’t let me update the app which makes it unusable! Please bring back he last version instead of forcing people to go to the website to login over and over again just to view the bill making it a nuisance to even pay my bill. Not everyone has an iPhone 35 lol make it work for older phones!

New Update - can’t sign in
Ran new update, app opened with errors. Deleted app and re-downloaded. Now app opens, but I can’t sign in, getting error {"fault":{"faultstring":"Unable to identify proxy for host: https-one-way and url: \/mobile\/auth\/authorize","detail":{"errorcode":"messaging.adaptors.http.flow.ApplicationNotFound"}}}. Please fix!

It Ain’t Working
After downloading and signing in it simply buffers endlessly. The old version worked fine.
App
Poor. Updated and now get error message. I updated as soon as I got the email. Now can’t get in.
Error message
I received the email to update the app to avoid getting an error message and did update the app, however I am still getting an error pop up and not able to log in.

Only if you want paperless billing
It automatically switched me into paperless billing when I logged in. Not acceptable at all. Hard no.
daily usage
The app would be more informative if it showed hourly or daily usage.
Mandatory Credit card
To use apps now it is mandatory to give away my credit card information
Simple to use
Easy to use with lots of information available instantly in the app. Would highly recommend for anyone tracking their billing
Can Do Everything in App
Almost everything you need to look at, pay, adjust etc is all in one spot here in the app. Super easy to use.
Paperless Billing
Forced me into paperless billing. Then I had to figure out how to change that.
Sucker
Living in apartment they charged me $763.05 a month. I will curse you, you will use those money to pay for your sons/daughters cancer bills.
WPS app
Had a lot of trouble getting the app to load. Had to register 6 times before it finally moved to the register screen. Almost gave up.
Tracking usage
The one thing that I wish that this app had was to give the person the ability to go back more than just one year to track usage. I would like to go back to 10 years when I moved into my home and find out about the usage, then comparing to now.

Great app!
The app is so user friendly it almost makes me forget the cost of my bill each month has gone up $70 (give or take) a month despite lower-than-average temperatures and lower usage.
Can’t login
I have been trying to login for an hour now. The app just spins. I have requested a verification code because the app doesn’t recognize my password. No luck. I have deleted and reinstalled the app still no luck. The same app is used for WPS and WE energies. I have accounts in both and have been having the same issues regardless of which app I try to login to. I can’t see anything concerning either account.
