Crashes and never loads right
Been using this for my job for years now and there are constant issues. The app also doesn’t make noise or notify me either unless I constantly hit refresh as well. On top of that when I do receive an order or message 9/10 the app closes itself out and reopens which constantly causes frustrations while driving.

The app doesn’t notify of new orders at all
Nothing is notified anymore. Not dispatchers messages, new orders, nothing. Very disappointing
Please update the software
As a person who uses this on a daily basis, it is very buggy. Please update the software because the app crashes anytime I get an order or anything like that any message and it makes it very difficult to do my job every day.
Location
This app says you must have location on all the time. I got a notification that it was using my background location for three days. No, you don’t get to know my location at all times. It’s none of your business where I am when I’m not working. It probably means they’re collecting data and selling it. Y’all are a joke. Don’t develop any other apps.

Crap app in general
When I get an order and the sound notification comes through it crashes the app and if I am listening to something through my phone like music it crashes that as well. My location has not been working for about 6 months and I can’t find a fix for it. If you are a business owner do not use this app.
