Update: you ask me to contact your Support team. I already did four months ago, yet here we are, still getting charged for something I cancelled then.
I was double charged for my subscription when I created the account in February of 2026. I noticed the double-charge and contacted support to cancel the subscription. They reimbursed me and have continued to charge me ever since. Avoid any subscription with them at all costs.

The great thing about this app, is you have dozens of choices, and options of reading material, directly related to your interests. Books, that you would purchase. Since, I began using the Wiser app, I have not had an urge to purchase a book, I simply open the app, and begin reading.

I bought this app through Tik Tok and now it's IMPOSSIBLE to cancel!! I've emailed and received no response. When I log on to the site it says my account is inactive yet they continue to charge me.

, it will only reply me with same message… never be able to cancel the subscription.
If you wish to continue using the app forever it’s your choice though, not for me. Using iPhone 16pro with the latest OS version means nothing. I’m still struggling to cancel the app.
