Delivery disaster for local shop…
The company used to deliver packages to our shop would leave the packages outside or in the back alley in an area with some transient passers. Package theft is a problem and I shared images and reported it numerous time. Wish Staff disregarded my numerous emails and refused to rectify the delivery issue. My small business was pegged as inadequate for a local wish shop, for missing packages. Even though the delivery people, when we could get in contact, said their own delivery hires were caught stealing thousands of dollars worth of packages.
Save yourself the stress and don’t bother being a wish local store. It’s not worth the crumbs.

Never shopped Wish until recently. I have missed out all this time. Very easy to list and sell. Very easy to shop and you can also shop in your area and see what is available locally. My little mom and pop shop i opened recently is a pickup location. They make it very convenient for shoppers and the ability to “skip” the shipping fees. Businesses, you need to check it out. Thank you Wish!!

Upgraded package stickers are awesome
New stickers for customers package is great idea. It was hard to peel off old style stickers. Too much mess. Now it’s amazing

The app to scan is fine, but it doesn’t have a clear spot to find help in some “HUB” AND I have customers who say my phone info isn’t visible (and Ive looked at their view, it is not). Also it would be helpful if I got a phone number or location area for me for them. I have turned on delivery as well.

Need retail bags
In order to make deliveries you guys need to provided, with the proper retail bags of deliveries for the packages
App does not work
My iPhone XR has not been able to use the app for my two-week-old pile of ship to stores. Suggestions? Anybody?
