It’s so complicated to change your information. Not to mention all the “can’t process, something went wrong, contact your card provider” messages. I give up, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere thanks wish bye devs

Horrible business model
Wish is all about their sellers. They don’t care if someone from china cancels your order over and over just because they don’t want to ship to the US. They do this even if the seller advertises that they ship internationally. They shouldn’t be allowed to pick and choose who they ship to based on location, if that’s the case, then stop advertising international shipping.

Parcel found on Street by Honest Neighbour
Wish Good. Courier Not So Good. My parcel was found underneath a car by an honest person who delivered it to my door. Fortunately, although the outer packaging was damaged, the contents were all there in one piece. However the Courier had reported the package as having already been delivered. The Courier had also not sent me any prior notification that my package was on its way, which is what they normally do. This makes me worried about future deliveries!!!.

Used to love Wish. I bought a 6 pack of underwear in the past for $35. Now if I want to reorder that same 6 pack it’s $152 Everything has turned so expensive. I may as well get the items from Amazon

Poor products and refused to refund
I bought a laptop case from Wish. The plastic smell is so horrible that even after airing it for a week, the smell is still there. I told customer service about it and requested to refund and I will return the product. They refused saying the product already “fulfilled the requirements”. I insisted and they sound said they will partially refund it as courtesy. What a joke! I will not buy anything from wish again and will delete this app from my phone.
