Thanks for letting us know about this, we just released an update that completely fixes the freezing issue so it's all good to go now. Also to clarify: the app is free to download, and with that download we offer a fully unlocked 7-day free trial so you can experience everything at zero cost. We'd love for you to try it out again!

Hi AJ, you’re completely right, voice really is the hardest thing to remember and oftentimes the first to forget. I’m glad you see it as a beautiful way of remembering someone as well. We have since completely rebuilt our recording system in our latest update so it runs perfectly and smoothly. What’s even worse is the app makes you share tons of information in regard to who you are recording and yourself. Right after, it asks you to pay up. Atrocious.
