The login to get the reward is broken. I can be logging in for the reward, be on the very first try, and it says I’ve tried too many times and there’s 0 remedy to still get the reward. This farce needs to be fixed.

Good, when it doesn’t crash
As another reviewer said, if you play Wizard101, this is a nice way to get extra stuff for that game. However, it’s a little unstable and keeps crashing for me, sometimes just as I’m about to redeem my code! Not cool 😣

Just downloaded it today and got a snack for my pet in w101 and about 400 gold crazy work played it four times so far no glitches or sign in problems

I can’t understate how frustrating it is to be prompted every time to reenter my login info. I use a complicated password: everyone should: and I’d appreciate the basic cookies needed to keep me logged in. Thank you
Doesn’t work for codes
Sign in option won’t work, so you will never be able to receive the codes for W101 :/ cool idea. Poor execution.
Bad Start
I just downloaded the app and started playing. After getting to level 4 with a score of 71K and telling me I won a prize, so it proceeded to tell me to log in but it wasn’t accepting my credentials. This is such a bad start and had to rate it a 1 star until I can find a workaround.
Fun game still works on modern iphones. But rewards haven’t worked for years
Fun game no ads, dont bother installing this for the promised rewards those havent worked in years i just keep it installed for nostalgia, and its fun to play during roadtrips
Could Not Claim Rewards
Hey Kingsisle, as I was playing this game, I think I reached about level 4 and it said I could get a reward. So I entered my login, and the game told me I would get a prize.
So I tried to find the 🎁 icon, but I searched everywhere in the game and I couldn’t find it.
Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me? So please, Kingsisle if you could fix this so I can get the rewards that would be great.

Prize Glitch needs patching!
Instead of just giving you a reward code to input on PC, it makes you sign in to your wiz account. This would be fine if signing in actually worked. And yes, my details were correct. I even tried changing my password. I’m assuming the Captcha hasn’t been implemented for IOS so it doesn’t work. Sadly I don’t want to play because I keep losing out on prizes!
The game itself is great. No adverts, whimsical, simple and addictive - lovely having a piece of Wiz wherever I go. The art style is charming and old school, classic fairground. Pausing the game lasts a long time as well so you don’t lose your progress. Looking forward to more wiz phone games.

Can’t Login to Receive Code
The codes don’t work. I’ve logged in many times into my internet browser and it’s still giving me the login issue. I really love Wizard101 so I had high expectations for this.

I loved the game for years, always been my favorite mini game, but unfortunately they do not give rewards at the end, it shows the button to receive them but then it cuts out with an error.

you guys have no clue how much dopamine entering codes to get rewards from playing something other than Wizard101 is, obviously, or else this game would function properly.
Just update the game bare minimum to allow codes, my girlfriend could sink hours into this, (she just started) so anything she gets truly helps.
Its a shame, you lied to a new player, full of the ability to pay $10 a month and more, all because Kingsisle fails to construct the basics as a company.
Please fix your game, youtubers would talk about it and then everyone would play for codes. Its common sense when running a business, which I do. Its as simple as fixing it and reaching out to all your youtube connections.
