And there team rather then understanding issues make us install and reinstall many time
and not understanding this is there loss as customers have many options

Lags and inaccurate stocks
I updated, opened and after first page it just exits the app automatically so cannot do any orders now.
The search engine is bad as if you write milk for example you most likely won’t find milk products so you need to manually search everything.
The products shown are 60% of the time not in stock so the stores has to call each time to find an alternative.
Disappointing but ok for small purchase.

Burj Daman WMart
The Wmart in Burj Daman is terrible in every aspect. Unacceptable health & safety, full of bugs, bad service, deceiving prices etc
Very poor service
The app itself is very user friendly but half the time after my order i get a call saying a lot of the items weren’t available. Every time I order it takes a really long time even though i live in the same building as the supermarket. If you are interested in ordering to your home I recommend using other services. Today was really frustrating i ordered pasta among other things and the pasta was taken out of my order without even telling me and the worst part is I had to wait for until my order came( which was very late as usual) to even know that the main thing i was relying on in this order wasnt even available.

Field “building name” doesn’t work.
Staff and Delivery Timing are worst
Its not about the application or the items, it’s about the staff and the delivery timing i ordered for about 3 times or more and every time they will call you to reconfirm and which is not available that is good, but if you follow up after 5hrs either they will not answer or the staff whose picking up the phone will tell that they don’t received any order from the number you put in the app. After being upset and angry you have to look for the manager and the manager will tell you that they receive your order and later they will deliver your order on the next day or worst you have to wait 2days to deliver. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic service and app
The Barsha service is much slower than the DIFC delivery was, but the app is very easy to use and the service is good. Thank you
Delivery timing is unbelievably bad
It’s not so much the app functionality which is not perfect but it’s ok. However, delivery timing is incredibly bad. As I write this, I have waited 6.5 hours and they still haven’t delivered my order. I spoke to them several times and still they have not managed to deliver it. Even in the past it would take at times a couple of hours or sometimes order is confirmed on the app but they never deliver it. Not recommended at all.

Changing store in app
I was content until I tried to change store in this app? Always ordered from Zumurud tower (nearest) I called several WMarts near me in Jam tower they are not even picking up phone. Tried 2x In 15 min.
I have small baby’s so it’s more convenient for me to use app. Now I have to call other one to order by phone. How I change this shop in app? Because app does not work unless I shut my phone off and on again

Test the app before you launch it
Very poor app, it’s not synced with the inventory. Every time i order they call me and say things are not available and i end up not getting anything from what I have wanted.

Delivery is ontime and i can easily access what i needed and bought online

The app is not made iPhone X friendly. We cannot order even if we want to.

This app is awesome , bcoz from this app i can order whatever i need and they delivered as soon as also. Yaa its easy to order , no checkout line , no stress and save the time as well , so i suggest to u all this app is soooo usefull...!!!
