Only thing i like to see a option for uploading pictures. The reason i mention it. Sometimes no service connection for smart phones. Later when service connection is good the area and have a feature add upload picture. Many times i have do it all over again cause bad reception in the area. I do noted saying no service up here. Just nice to have upload feature. So the company have the photo.

Random crashes, needs Dark Mode
App sometimes crashes at random moments. Android version gets frequent updates but Apple iOS does not.
App desperately needs a Dark Mode feature. Having the app open on a persistent screen between 12am-8am is like sitting in an interrogation room.
A “text message” to recipient would also be ideal. Currently, the only option is a button to call, but to text them you have to manually recite or type the number out of the app.
Lastly, some fields should allow a “hold & copy” action (e.g. the reference number” so it can be copied over to dispatchers or elsewhere for investigation.

Every route includes over 40 minutes of waiting on app to load for closing this app doesn’t care if you have full bars for service it will malfunction I wanna rob the people who made this app to offset my losses accrued from using it
