Trash app
Every route includes over 40 minutes of waiting on app to load for closing this app doesn’t care if you have full bars for service it will malfunction I wanna rob the people who made this app to offset my losses accrued from using it

El primero es que no salen los códigos, simplemente sale la dirección
El segundo no tiene para rotar la pantalla, lo cual es importante que le pongan rotación de pantalla. Por ejemplo si lo quieren poner diagonal la app se tiene que adaptar diagonal si lo quiere poner recto, OK, se pone recto
Tercero hay algunas partes que la app no reconoce la dirección, lo cual hay que ponerla manualmente eso quita
Cuarto La dirección que sale en la app a veces no concuerda con el GPS de Google Maps o Waze, lo cual hay que ponerlo Manuel y eso también quita tiempo.
Quinto. Deberían de agregarle un sistema que vaya directamente a galería para subir la foto, ya que a veces en un lugar no hay cobertura y hay que esperar y esperar para agarrar señal y poder enviar la foto dentro de la app

User friendly
App is not fluid with the work flow. I thought a new IPhone would help this app. It made it worse. This app slows me down. Never know when a submitted picture/signature goes through until you leave the delivery. I never get messages the customers ask me about. I think these features would make delivering all around safer and more efficient for everyone involved.

Quicker login
We need to be able to login with facial recognition.

App has been very slow. Crashing while navigating screens. Logs you out sporadically.

Every night error on apple phones for the last month kinda annoying also customers ask all the time if I have received there messages about drop off have to tell them no due to the fact messages don’t work.

Extremely slow to automatically or manually update while using app. 9/10 need to log out then back in for quicker updates.
Manual edits, like address changes will not save even after saving.
I wish there was a better version or a way to fix this App, so frustrating, annoying and lately a waste of time.

It would be nice to have a option to upload pictures from gallery for delivery that have no signal

I’ve only used or seen this app with one company. And if it’s the only one coordinated D@v!d Bem!$ and the “business” he runs then you can bank on it that anything associated with him is going to be crooked.
Improvements
Hi, I use this daily, I believe if we have something marked out for delivery, customers should not have the ability to place on hold. We have the bag out with us. Some delivery drivers don’t live close to where you have to take it back too, or the office is locked and cannot bring it back.
Also when the customer sends us a message, we should have the ability to respond through messages.

This app could use a couple enhancements.
First the ability to text customers from the app would be helpful.
Secondly when marking a delivery as attempted there should be a prompt to take a photo showing why the delivery can’t be completed.

Glitchy
App always seems to close when I’m trying to submit and I’ve already left the house. Would be nice if we could upload a picture.
Add Text Messaging
This app needs a 21st century technological checkup. In comparison of apps from similar industries, this one remains in the stone ages. It would be wonderful just to have the option to text and call. In my experience, customers respond to a text message, but often let a call go to voicemail.
