Box score won’t open 90% of the time and game will say it’s 0-0 and won’t load.
Box score not watchable
Whenever I want to scroll down in the box score it moves back up again right away. So in order to see the players stats I need to use other apps.
Also hate the autoplay functionality once I want to know more about a game.

Box score. Full game hard to navigate
The app defaults to auto playing highlights and is hard to find full game to watch the full game off my phone. Can you please stop it auto playing. I’ve hide scores on, I don’t need to see the game result on a highlights package while searching for the full game option which doesn’t always appear immediately. The box score sitting below this window is impossible to use. It will only show the names that fit below the auto playing video. I can’t scroll down to see all at once as each time I scroll down or across to see the stats it jumps back up to the stupid video I didn’t ask it to play. It’s very annoying. The game feed works easily enough off the app on Apple TV but doesn’t work properly on iPhone or galaxy.

Stop the player scores flickering!!!!!
You can’t even see player stats properly because the screen would slide down as soon as you try to slide up. Was this even tested before released?!

old app design was better
1. The app on tv never remembers the credentials. have to log in every time I want to watch the games.
2. Another horrible design is the automatic video play when clicking on old games just to check the box score. I feel like the purpose of the app is to get people to use it and visit it more often but since the UI is so bad, I just used ESPN app for almost everything now. You have to scroll up all the way for the box score to stay, and if you want to check the other team box score then you gotta scroll back down then switch team and scroll up again. There has gotta be a better way to design this. Last year app was good. Don’t really get why everything has to change fully, which totally ruins user experience.

solid app but glitchy
great way to check up on games, stats, players, see highlights all in one place but some parts are glitchy as hell
You broke the app with the new sign-in
I don't have safari installed on my iphone. I hate it. Why make a login that only works through a secondary app? Even if I added the browser back, there are so many bugs associated with that type of login. Please make your website functional of you are going to kill the app... I've been a subscriber for like a decade and stayed even as it's gotten twice as expensive. I stayed even when you made me get a new NBA id. Why is the user experience getting worse? I haven't been watching any games this season...

I had this app for almost 2 years now I love it. It’s amazing but just recently they started adding ads on it and they keep getting in my way when I’m trying to watch the reels and it’s gotten really annoying and I am not liking it.
Bugs in the app
The box score will not open correctly. I can see the starters but never the reserves. It glitches and slides right back to the top super fast.

Fix the bugs please
I’m a pretty new fan (since 2022) and most of the time I watch games thru the app. Recently, I have been going to watch games and the app has been signing me out before I watch the games. Even with this year’s all star voting, it’s asking me to purchase a subscription even though I already have a yearly subscription and a WNBA ID. Can you fix this problem, it’s very annoying. PLEASE fix the box score
This app has so many issues. It never lets me see the box score, no matter what I do. It always forces me to scroll. Rarely lets me accurately see the play-by-play. Only redeemable quality is that I can choose which broadcast I listen to. Please if anything fix the box score issue.

Deceptive "Pass" That Prioritizes Corporate Greed, Not the Fans
The WNBA League Pass is an absolute bait-and-switch. Don't let the
"growth of the league" marketing fool you. This app is engineered to protect corporate broadcast dollars at the expense of paying fans. I left a 1-star review exposing that the pass doesn't let you watch live games and instead forces you onto external, paid third-party platforms like Paramount+. The automated "NBA Support" response was a clinical, copy-pasted deflection that completely ignored the subscription trap. Even worse, Apple's "Contact the Developer" link is a broken loop that just dumps you back into the app. When you finally dig into their zip-code lookup tool, the reality is spelled out in black and white: because of my location, I am explicitly barred from watching LIVE local games, alongside a ridiculous laundry list of ten different networks (ABC, ESPN, CBS, Paramount+, Amazon Prime, etc.) that take priority over the pass I actually paid for. The only viewing option is after the game concludes which defeats the purpose of watching my local team live. Hiding behind a “blackout” clause is deceptive. Calling this a "League Pass" is like selling a premium amusement park Fast Pass, only to tell the customer they are legally blacked out from the ten best rides in the park and have to pay extra at every single line or wait in the line they purchased a pass for. It is a greedy, anti-consumer system that forces local fans to navigate an exhausting corporate obstacle course just to watch their own home team.
The customer deserves a product that represents a growing league, not growing greed. Turn off the automated Zendesk macros and do better.

Needs a lot of work
This app is awful. It’s lovely to have an app to keep up to date with all wnba games don’t get me wrong but wow. The user experience is terrible. When you are trying to look at box scores for example, the app will not let you scroll without constantly jumping around trying to play the game when you’ve tried to close it down. Especially compared to the NBA app it’s just not great.

Won’t let me watch live league pass games
06/08/26 I have league pass and I’m trying to watch the league pass Liberty vs. Suns game live and it says it’s not available to watch even though it’s a league pass available game. Please fix this I’m sure other people are having issues
06/22/26 there’s currently 3 games going on right now. The app won’t show the score or how much time is left. If you click to watch the game the stats is unavailable it says to refresh the page. I’ve refreshed the app multiple times and it’s still bugged out. Please fix the app it wasn’t this buggy last year, this year I’ve had nothing but problems
