League pass isn’t worth it
Have to cast games because I can’t download the app on my Samsung or Vizio tv. Most games are on other streaming platforms. Might as well be talking to AI on customer support many automated responses .

Don’t get what I pay for- will cancel after this season. Pay to see games and most are local or networks I don’t get. Paying for a premium channel with 1/2 the benefits

Great app. Just has bugs. A nice update is if they could add a "liked" section for the game clips. I also wish I could watch more games for free:/

This app has lots of video clips but little eal information on player and teams. On an ipad switching between functions is hard and clunky. Resented adds after paying $$. Convinced me ESPN was better. Update: streaming freezes every 30 secs. Netflix and PBS works fine. Fail. Won’t get next year.
Doesn’t Have all Games Live
I enjoy the app and the info I get from it. The only downside is some teams have contracts with other networks (TSN) so you can’t wait games live.
Interface could be better
Love watching the games, this is not about the WNBA. The interface on iPad is no longer full screen unless watching a game for some reason? Also, the full screen affordances interfere with the iOS elements in a weird way. It was clunky before but something has changed or maybe they haven’t kept up with iOS changes. Would love to see a more seamless experience.

It is so easy to watch amazing WNBA games and if you can’t reach the game from the app I can always watch from YouTube tv the WNBA has amazing entertainment you should definitely check it out and see it for yourself. We love the Dallas wings and seeing them make the playoffs is amazing. We also love Marina Mabrey she dropped 52 points and broke the record for most points in the WNBA and in unrivaled she scored 48 and that was also the record for the most points in a game. Unrivaled is a women’s league of basketball and the players get paid a lot of money to encourage the WNBA to pay the players more money

Shows how much the league invests.
This app is the worst streaming app I’ve ever used. Sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn’t. When it does it’s glitchy as… It just goes to show how little the league invests into expanding the game for these women. I pay for league pass and yet cheer when I can watch a game on Prime because the quality is so much better. Even just basic app functionality .. opens to wrong pages, scoops on it own

Good Access NOT Great
While I appreciate that steaming services want you to watch live having to wait 24hrs to watch these games is frustrating - the same is true when travelling internationally - otherwise a fabulous WNBA resource

Worst Streaming App
Honestly the tvOS version of this has to be the worst app I’ve ever used. If have a subscription with Apple for WNBA league pass, too bad you need to link a WNBA to watch the games, daily. The only thing is the native login has never worked properly, so you have to navigate through the app to find the spot to enter a username and password. Then because this is app is vibe coded, after entering the username and password that doesn’t log you in, you have to figure out the special combination to get to the login button because pressing down from the password field takes you to forgot password button instead of sign in.

Fix the app!
Update: Now the app won’t load and is stuck on a black screen. And when the game is near the end of regulation time, often times when returning to the game, it’s now not accessible. Further, when wanting to only view play by play while a game is playing in league pass, it’s impossible to keep track without being cut off or being taken to the game. Hello Deloitte! What good is it sponsoring an app when you refuse to take care of it. I mean we know why you have the contract, but y’all are doing a piss poor job.
Deloitte brings in an astonishing $70.5 billion in global revenue annually — and can’t make an app. 🤣🤣🤣

The W app
A must have app if you follow the WNBA. A+
It’s good, when it works!
A lot of glitches! For some matches the live updates don’t work at all, the app can stick sometimes which is frustrating when you’re trying to follow along. It’s not always responsive either
Pretty much a low quality social media app
All this is good for, and it does a pretty poor job of it, is watching games which are only accessible via League Pass. Everything else is just propaganda fluff. Works especially poorly on tablet; by default content is in portrait orientation, which is not optimal for watching games, and one has to go through several taps to reorient it. I use it only because it’s the only option for many games.
