New to wodify
Started Wodify about two months ago. I program for semi-private sessions up to four people. Their reservation system is unmatched. Very smooth user interface. Lots of filters, lots of options to customize memberships, policies, rules and how the app operates which is awesome! I can tell they have a lot of experience because it looks like they have Corinne’s to develop the app and provide more and more flexibility. I transitioned from SugarWOD and zen planner. Wodify was a game changer. I think zen planner had a more rapid customer service for quick questions on the app but overall wodify has surpassed my expectations. The programming is pretty good. Im heavy into the programming is the workouts and so far it does its job. I don’t know if this is possible but if they could set up exercises in a superset format that would be another great design feature. Maybe they have it, i just haven’t found it. Love the app.

Wodify does everything I need it to. They are also extremely responsive and helpful. I would absolutely recommend it if you’re thinking about using the app for your gym.

The app is painfully slow. Moreover, it has no automatic export for booked workouts to my Apple calendar.
Bad ui and severely lacking features
Awful app. Freezes, hard to find pr’s, hard to search for history. Ie what was the weight I used for the last three back squat sessions. Be more like SugarWOD. This app is awful and they need to hire a ux designer and a product team. Majorly lacking features.
Clunky Client Interface
I’ve been using wodify as a client for almost a year and a half. 98% of the time it works fine but when I try to use the custom features I run into issues. I created a custom workout and accidentally selected the wrong measurement and now I can’t change it. I’ve tried deleting the workout I recorded but it persists. I also tried looking at the FAQ online and there’s no instruction how to delete or modify a custom workout. I tried signing on to the website and it won’t let me login through the browser. The interface leaves much to be desired and I would definitely tell my gym to look into other apps because I know I’m not the only client who has a lot of gripes with wodify.

Consistently buggy
Throughout years of having this app it’s always had some bug… freeze/close, stuck loading, screens stuck off page when swiping… and currently the back button does not work! Every journey through the app is one way!
I’m honestly perplexed at the overall rating because if you asked me cold the worst app I have it’s without a doubt this one.

It rarely works and just has a black screen.
Used to be slow, now doesn’t work at all
I only use this app because my gym requires me to. It used to be painfully slow but now I just get a blank screen with nothing. Reinstalled and rebooted but still nothing. I wish my gym would find a better alternative.
Good app
I really appreciate the improvements made the modify app. However, at this point the game with apps and all the apps connect and talk to each other and share data. It’s really too bad that you can’t get your Wi-Fi app to sync up with your other health app.
Pretty bad
I’m not sure how this app is rated so high? I have nothing but issues. Half the time the back button doesn’t work and I get stuck on screens. The app is clearly a hybrid app that wasn’t written directly for iOS. The content of the app is great, but the execution is absolutely terrible. Hire a native developer to make your app worth a darn! Switching tabs or going to a screen in faction reset everything.

This app needs some serious help. Laggy, bugs kicks you out, and doesn’t have a nice user interface to see your past history.
