i do not know why they had added USA to the application when some one trying to apply as delivery driver, and when started applying it never worked, and when i googled wolt company, it showed to me they don't have USA on list for applying for delivery driver position

We all have issue on the same things . Mainly ours problem is cancel order (every week we couriers pay for cancel order ) . For example today is Monday and ours week is start so if somehow anyone cancel one order after 8/9 days later when we got the report we know that We had a cancel order . So we like to know on the same time when the order is cancel . Cause customers it’s takes benefits Of this something they distorted the food after they eat then they cancel the order . So try to notify the currier’s when it’s cancel so they can understand and they can challenge on Restuarent cause not every-time currier’s fault for cancel the while Restuarent don’t pack it well if Restuarents fault why we should pay for cancel order . So the solution is try to notify the currier’s on the same time and also ask for photos who’s fault Restuarent or currier’s try to find out . And after that if it’s fault for currier’s so application show us cancel order fault by currier’s .
Ours 2nd problem is orders from market place . The orders come to a Bicyle rider the order weight 20-40 kg . And its effect on delivery ratio . And every market place partner take long time to prepare the food we are wait long time so try to connect them and make it faster .
