I downloaded this app after seeing a promo of it, I have been scanning receipts and reviewing food, and I am so happy that the cash prizes are real and I actually received the money. It is such a good incentive and also good for me because I can track where I’ve eaten

App is easy to use and impressive. You can upload photos now so it makes it easier for doordash, uber eats, or postmates. I actually did get paid to my PayPal account and was surprised.
A Magnificent App for Everyone
A literal dictionary and encyclopaedia for the food scene. Have so much fun with this app learning about new places from everywhere at anytime. I love that it’s a journal I can reflect from and share and simultaneously offered a prize for reviews.

I recently joined this app last week and have been loving it. Everyone we eat out, I simply upload my receipts, which takes seconds, then I can post my review. The whole experience is easy and so quick! We love trying new restaurants so this has been a great way to track where we go and share our experiences. I’m so excited to keep using this super cool app and discover more places along the way!

Just ok
They changed the reward structure so it’s more of a gamble if you actually get any money back out of it. Feels more scammy now. Enjoyed it a lot more when I could guarantee a reward for reviews.

I love that I can upload my restaurant receipts and get cash back for my meals. This is also an amazing restaurant discovery tool and I love that I can see rankings of individual dishes. Best app on my phone!

You can’t say get paid to eat anywhere when O went to scan a receipt it said there were no restaurants in my area.

Ruined.
Totally ruined by the latest update that just monetizes receipt scans - I get it, but I fell in love with this app (and old logo!) as a better alternative to Yelp or Beli but now I’m going back. This app is useless now. I miss the helpful review aggregations from Yelp and other sites, the food and vibe scores. Maybe WOM ran into issues with Yelp or other sites for aggregating data? Such a shame. Now I don’t see the point of this app all at all over Yelp.

A much more helpful and efficient review app
Compared to traditional sites, there is so much more info presented in a succinct way. Love the specific menu item reviews.
Misleading and inaccurate
Sadly this app could be great if it provided accurate and up to date information about restaurant offerings, not to mention it misses so much from each menu. But what’s more concerning is the use of AI to generate images which may or may not even be what the dishes actually look like, just a “best guess” from using AI to come up with what the dishes should look like by using AI generated descriptions to generate AI images. Right? Not seeing any reviews on here from happy restaurant owners who are promoting the app.
