Cannot log into though the app after being verified
Everything works fine when I enrolled and being verified with the teacher’s link. However, I can’t even logged into my account on the app while everything is working on the website. I want to see her updates of the day, but there is no place for me to check through the website platform. Things don’t work after reinstalling and restarting my phone. This is not a pleasant using experience. I will be aware of this issue if I am running a daycare and choosing a good app for my parents. Thanks.

Not working to log on
I have been unable to use the app. I keep getting an “error fetching token” message when trying to log on. Frustrating because I can log into the website fine but not all of the app features are available there and the app is the main way my child’s childcare communicates 😫
No notifications
It never notifies you when an update is made by the provider. I have to keep checking it manually. It’s really annoying. Get notifications to work and that would make the app so much better

WONDERFUL APP!
My child goes to a Wonderschool and having the mobile is so crucial for my wife and I to know what’s happening day to day. We LOVE that we can do everything like check-in/check-out our son Greg easily. Wonderschool Directors should get this app ASAP so it’ll be a lot easier for us parents.

This makes it so much easier to communicate with out teacher
We have a great teacher who takes care of both of our children! And with this I don’t have to wait until pickup time to hear updates about my kids. (And sometimes my mother picks up the kids- so we lose things in translation.)

My daughter Lily has been at a Wonderschool preschool for 2 years. We love it! This app makes it possible for me communicate with Lily’s teacher multiple times a day. I receive pictures of Lily playing with her classmates, engaging in arts and crafts, and other activities. I can also send her teacher messages and there’s a really cool check-in / check-out feature, too. 5 stars!
