Not working
App doesnt seem to work. I use the correct login but it does nothing.

Very Buggy
We use WS2 at our YMCA for childcare. It’s great when it works, but in six months of our “trial”, I don’t think the juice is worth the squeeze!
I can’t add food items on the app anymore
Before the new update I could type in the meals (food items) and now the app only lets me select the existing ones. Please fix it.
Videos crash app
I dislike how I can’t watch videos (app crashes every time-iPhone 14pro). Additionally, I can’t seem to add photos of the people approved sit pickup. That would be nice so that the caregivers know who to expect.

On 2 iPhones and 1 iPad, every video uploaded by our teachers forces the app to crash. All are updated OS and App. Ugh can't even watch them!

Since the new app release, I can see my child’s feed which is great! I love being able to message my daughter’s teachers and receive updates on the app!
Data Privacy issue for over a month
Since the last update over a month ago, when I sign in, I see the information for another user. I am no longer able to see the information for myself and for my child. The developer has not fixed this on their own, nor have they been reachable. This is scary considering they also collect credit card information.

Have to restart everytime
Love the app because I can check on my kid. I just dislike how clicking on a photo it freezes. So I have to restart the app to click on the next photo and so on to see them all.
Glitchy
This app has been great! I love seeing what my toddler is up to at daycare but the photo viewing could use some improvement. Swiping through the photos is not very friendly and not even possible in the latest update— the app freezes every time and I have to reopen the app to view each photo, so annoying. I wish there was an option for me to download or save photos that the teachers share directly to my phone’s camera roll.

No functionality
App requires me to save my financial information and won’t let me delete it. I’m required to sign up for auto payment and there are no account options for either issue.
Great for staying in touch with your kids
I always want to know how my kids are doing in their daycare. My provider Sandy just switched to this platform, and really like being able to do pick up and drop off through the app instead of signing the paper like I used to. Also, you can set up your payment method once on the app and then you can opt for autopay or not. I used to do live checks! This totally modernized my experience as a parent. Whooo!

As a parent, I really appreciate my daycare using this app and sharing precious moments with me. I love that I can see my little pumpkin’s photos!

Doesn’t work
Ap takes me to an empty page with no menu or options. Now apps v1 and v2 suddenly think my pw is wrong… a total mess so far
