Love it & Great Support
This app is quick and easy to use. A little tricky for someone like me to install but support gives you the step by step details you need to make it work if you run into problems.
Powerful Tool
I like being able to look at my orders and analytics at a glance without having my dashboard open on a computer. The app integration works great with my iphone, site, and shipping software. An order is placed, I see or hear it come through on the app via my phone. I can check the order, payment, shipping method, etc. Awesome tool!

I like the app overall and appreciate the updates and convenience of managing my store from my phone. However, the app takes too long to refresh sometimes, especially when trying to process orders quickly. Another issue is shipping labels. I currently have to print labels one by one instead of being able to batch print multiple labels at once. That would save a lot of time for businesses handling multiple orders. Hoping future updates improve the speed and workflow. 👍

Works well if you are on the go and need to do some simple tasks, check orders or update stock.

Flexible payment options
I do a lot of craft fairs and having the Woo app is making checkout much easier with the different payment methods available between my phone and the card reader. I appreciate having all my orders in one place, too. I’m adding a dedicated iPad so my helpers can handle more of the checkout process to leave me free to keep talking to customers.

Nothing compared to shopify app
WooCommerce has not changed much in the past 10 years. We build every website using Wordpress but when it comes to ecommerce it is so far behind shopify it’s embarrassing. This app is another level of poor. Shopify app is great, this app is just pointless and offers next to no level of analysis. Really poor woo. You need to massively up your game as you’re currently no longer even in the frame of competitive options. Shame.

Orders feed freezes while scrolling
No credit card on checkout
Please take to the next version the option for others payment methods such as debt/credit card for local sales, because we can only register money payments in the POS app. This would improve a lot our analytics and report.
