I wish I used it more then I did

Was good app job complaints. I set the price the DoorDash picked up . I just never had confidence to continue .

Sign in/Sign up

When I try to sign in/sign up, it tells me to put my phone number, but when I do and press next, it says, verification code could not be made. Is there anyway I could resolve this problem? I did it on the website easily but not on the application.

Couple problems

It’s a cool service and decent app but 2 problems 1) there are edge cases where you order food for ASAP but then they run out and schedule it for a diff time without making that abundantly clear 2) the order is shipped in this wasteful heavy duty reusable bag. So every time you place an order, they give you this big bag to either throw in your closet with all the others, or toss in the garbage. Please switch to regular bags.

Great website

Great website for some real authentic cooking way better than Uber eats in my opinion so many different types of food to choose from This site is doing pretty good job with bringing the Restaraunt into your home

Who’s actually cooking my meal?

Who’s actually cooking my meal and where is coming from? Where is the food being delivered from? There is no way to track the food’s origin. There seems to be no way to verify if the pictures and bios of the chefs represented are actually the person or people preparing my meal or even if they are actual chefs. There is no way to directly contact them or verify their location. This makes it open for possible misrepresentation and fraud.

Don’t demand data before offering any service.

Demands that you submit all your personal data, including your exact address and which door to get in, BEFORE you can even find out if there are chefs local to you. Deleted immediately.

Flawed. Part of my order looked like scraps

After placing my first order I received a call from “some guy” saying that one of the two items I ordered isn’t available. I ended up canceling the order. It seems that there are no controls to prevent folks from ordering that which is not available and wasting customers time. I reordered from another “home cook” and one of the dishes I received “Mac & Cheese” looks like leftover scraps. Is this what this really is, somewhere folks can sell their leftovers and other miscellaneous scraps for $?
The nice blue bag and stickers mean nothing when you open the food container itself and there are scraps.

Too much from me, not enough from them

I was all set to consider this service after reading about it on Facebook. Then I went to look. First my phone number. Then my full name and email. And then my specific address. All before I could see pricing and what is available in my area. Yeah I don’t think so.

Reminded me of travels

Couldn’t have gotten the food I had elsewhere. Had wonderful Uzbeki food that reminded me of travels in Western China. Delivery was quick, especially considering it was from a home chef.

Only for the sighted

If you, like myself, use voiceOver for access, this app is not for us. Not just the usual disregard for labelling things. I could figure that out, but tap on an item you are interested in and you get something else. They clearly didn't think VO users were worth incorporating access for. Nice idea, though. Too bad.

I revived a helpful and nice email from the owner

after signing in I had issues finding a location near me. From the CEO’s email the service is only available in NY area. I live in the hollywood area

Way too aggressive

A very wham bam thank you ma’am experience. Barely any information about them , no photos of food, no info on cooks just GIMME your e-mail and phone number SIGN UP NOW. Good concept but impersonal and hyper aggressive

Giving that we are a new startup with limited funds, it just takes us time to implement.
