Grooming without grooming
I had booked them for my cat in Mumbai after hearing really good reviews from my sister who uses them in Bangalore for her cat. However the experience was extremely disappointing. I booked a full package, they did not care to cut a big chunk of knot staring right at the neck region, no hygiene cut done either, his ears are still dirty, they did not dry him saying he’s aggressive and we paid 400 for deworming and they just handed us a tablet and left saying we can give this in our pet’s food.
I called the groomer later to ask about the knot that he did not cut, and he didn’t even know it existed so I’m pretty clueless as to what they did with my pet. He also told me that he stays in the same area and will come back and cut it out but never did. Absolute waste of money and more then that the time wasted with my pet who is anyway afraid of baths and then to give him an improper one only to now have to repeat in a few days again.
