Scam
I added this for the free trial and before the trial was even up they charged my card twice. They refunded only one of the payments. I have the “we’re sorry to see you go” email but they just charged my account another $39.99 one month later. Now my card has been flagged for fraud. Do not use this app unless you want to continue to pay for something you haven’t used.

Doesn’t Deliver
I downloaded this app because it promised to help me train my dog. Instead, it is just a series of videos and kindergarten style quizzes telling you to clean your house or buy pet food before getting a puppy. I just wanted help with training, but they took my money and didn’t deliver.

Problem day 2
This is a terrible app. I cannot access my plan on day 2 and I paid for a 7 day plan. I have contacted them and have to wait 24 hours. That’s great I will lose two of my 7 days, if they contact me.
Non transparent billing
Gamifies training, has some nice information for people new to training. No issues with the content of the app. Non transparent cancellation and is not logged in Apple subscriptions. I thought I had cancelled and was continued to be charged for months before I realized it. If you cancel make sure you cancel the charges. They know it’s a problem and communicated with me but offered no refunds. Predatory billing. Good content.

This app is really good I recommend for pet owners it’s really good and nice
Too structured
Regret the purchase. The ui format is too restrictive and doesn’t allow for following your own path. Forces you to waste time with sections that aren’t relevant. Not worth the price.
Don’t sign up
They charge for things that you didn’t agree too and then will not refund your money OR tell you what the charges are for

I am unable to manage my subscription because the login does not work. I am beyond frustrated. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute these charges.
