Practically unusable
This app is practically unusable at this point. Half of the categories won’t load at all. When you’re finally able to view a category you have 30 seconds of scrolling before it crashes and gives you an error message. It wasn’t like this before. Sad to see such a cool app go downhill.
Box came empty
What a scam and fraudulent website! I ordered a camera, the box came, with the original packaging. Opened it, empty! Nothing! The only point of contact is by e-mail and they answer only after 3-4 days. They sent me another one, it came with an empty box again. TWO TIMES! This is a scam, a fraud. And now they don’t answer me anymore. DO NOT USE THIS, reading online everyone complains of the same things it might go well, but most probably you won’t get what you paid for. I can’t believe they’re allowed to operate with these schemes. Stay away if you don’t want to lose your money and weeks hoping they answer to you

Lost orders and misleading deals
Had at least one item just completely disappear after shipping because they don’t use outer packaging. Also another where the item received was not what was shown at all in the ad. You can get a refund but the whole process becomes a waste of time
Complete waste of time!
Aside from the lack of a search bar, why give customers false hope?? My son was looking forward to receiving his new backpack and patiently waited for TWO WEEKS. A couple days before the expected arrival date, the order suddenly gets cancelled and we receive a refund… ummm… WHAT?? No explanation why, no apology. Just dropped without any explanation. Way to satisfy customers and grow your business! Go woot! 😡

App crashes repeatedly, and no search feature. I just gave up trying to buy from here, because it takes too long to find what I'm looking for.
Terrible
Constantly canceling orders because they can’t optimize the app correctly. If it says it has a coupon for an order and it goes through they will cancel almost every time.

App is incredibly frustrating
I like Woot, but the phone app is so infuriating that I’m going to end up using it on my desktop browser. SO many product pages don’t load, or they do load after multiple attempts but the joke’s on you—the “add to cart” button does nothing but spin. Want to see what’s currently in your cart? Have to go back to the app’s home screen and maaaaybe it will load after that. Nothing works reliably like it used to. So frustrating.

The app is great with fantastic Amazon backing. However why it doesn’t have the search feature. It’s make very hard to find the right product anyone is looking for. Please enable search feature asap.
Reviews gone - last straw
I’ve been a daily wooter for over 20 years. Through the Amazon-ification, the slow erosion of great things to the mass dumping ground for questionable items. In the past week you actually removed the Amazon-linked reviews so I could have an idea how long an $80 office chair would last before the PU leather peels to shreds or the whole thing falls apart.
It’s honestly the last straw, you’ve made it so much harder to determine what’s junk and what’s worth buying you’re now just wasting my time. Bye, woot, sorry it had to end like this. It’s not me, it’s you.

Painfully Slow
Have had the app for years but lately the main page loads fine but clicking on anything else results in either the page never loading or it taking longer than dialup internet ever took.

Just one example: When scrolling a long list of projects and touching an item of interest, closing that causes the display to jump back to the top of the list and you have to swipe and swipe and swipe to try to find your way back down the list again. It’s had this problem forever PLEASE FIX IT! so that opening an item and closing it again just returns to where you opened that item!
