App is incredibly frustrating
I like Woot, but the phone app is so infuriating that I’m going to end up using it on my desktop browser. SO many product pages don’t load, or they do load after multiple attempts but the joke’s on you—the “add to cart” button does nothing but spin. Want to see what’s currently in your cart? Have to go back to the app’s home screen and maaaaybe it will load after that. Nothing works reliably like it used to. So frustrating.

Reviews gone - last straw
I’ve been a daily wooter for over 20 years. Through the Amazon-ification, the slow erosion of great things to the mass dumping ground for questionable items. In the past week you actually removed the Amazon-linked reviews so I could have an idea how long an $80 office chair would last before the PU leather peels to shreds or the whole thing falls apart.
It’s honestly the last straw, you’ve made it so much harder to determine what’s junk and what’s worth buying you’re now just wasting my time. Bye, woot, sorry it had to end like this. It’s not me, it’s you.

Painfully Slow
Have had the app for years but lately the main page loads fine but clicking on anything else results in either the page never loading or it taking longer than dialup internet ever took.

Just one example: When scrolling a long list of projects and touching an item of interest, closing that causes the display to jump back to the top of the list and you have to swipe and swipe and swipe to try to find your way back down the list again. It’s had this problem forever PLEASE FIX IT! so that opening an item and closing it again just returns to where you opened that item!

Absolutely no way to search for items. I’m not spending hours scrolling through an entire site to find what I’m looking for. I’ll buy someplace else instead.

Returning an item is a nightmare they lost my package and customer service is horrible compared to Amazon.
Crashes and no search option

Faulty App
2 problems- App crashes AND Woot prohibits having a search feature. Every time I view an individual item and click to go back to the category I’m browsing. I have to reopen and navigate back to the category and scroll back down to the item every time time. Very annoying. I’m a pretty avid user of Woot for many years. I have the latest iOS, updated the app, uninstalled/reinstalled it, and used it on different devices but it doesn’t matter. This has been happening for the last 6 months. Sure wish they could address this glitch. And why won’t Woot allow a search? I can tell you I would buy more stuff that way

Good deals, Bad App
I want functionality in which I can choose what I want to place order for example I added five products in the cart and I just want to order three for now. I should be able to do that or do save for later. you don’t have search functionality as well, so it’s hard harder if you remove
LOSING ORDER
Woot is a terrible website. I placed an order a month ago but right now i still not receive my order even though it shows on the app “ delivered “ ??? And there is no refund or any update to me from woot about my order. I will never buy anything from here again. The worst app ever !

Can’t sign in on 17 Pro Max
Got a new phone and now Can’t sign with Amazon in on 17 Pro Max. Works fine on Android phone and tablet. When you give it your user name and password when it goes to authenticate with Amazon it just brings up blank screen. I’m signed into the Amazon app and on web. I have signed into and out and cleared cache and the issue persists. Guess woot just lost a customer.
