Great fun game but I purchased a monthly 6.99 VIP subscription and it’s still active but once I closed the app they want me to buy it again??! The main reason I purchased this was for NO ADS! And now there’s ads after almost every level! Very disappointed.

Word City could be a relaxing, enjoyable puzzle game, but the ad frequency ruins the experience. Getting an ad after almost every 10‑second level is ridiculous. The gameplay is fast, but the interruptions are even faster, making it feel more like an ad app with a game attached.

I paid to disable ads, I've written to technical support a lot times and no one answers and thousands of ads keep appearing, it's a scam, I want a refund and to cancel the subscription, I'm going to uninstall the app.

Paid and my benefits disappeared after I closed the game once. THEY HAVE STILL NOT RESPONDED TO ME!
I bought the $6.99 membership and it worked for like 20-30 minutes but I closed my game. When I loaded the game again it gave me ads again and wanted to sell me the same $2.99, $6.99 and other option for no ads. I have tried to contact them twice for a reimbursement but they have not responded to me at all.
UPDATE: I have sent them a message three times total and they have not responded to me at all or refunded me for their mistake.

Absolutely love this game I play it as much as I can
To much ads
I get 1 add after every level and they’re like 30 seconds long. It’s a good game but way too much ads I wouldn’t have minded if it was after every 5-10 levels but after everyone is way too much
Paid to remove ads, ads came back after closing and reopening app
Paid for subscription, canceled it so it wouldn't run on forever. Then after closing the app and reopening it the ads came back. Lol.
Edit: The app developer says that after canceling that ads come back. Except in the app store it says my subscription is still active for the remaining time that I paid for. So they're just running a complete scam and also lie to your face since the exact same thing happens to people who don't cancel their subscription. Incredible how they want to nickel and dime you over three dollars.

同じステージが繰り返し出てくる
日本語モードでプレイ中、400ちょいクリア済み
クリアしたステージと同じものが何度も出てくる。しかも複数。わざと？バグ？それにしてもお粗末すぎる。
写真説明の日本語がバグってるのとかはいいけど、肝心のパズルステージがこれでは…
1000ステージ近くありそうでやりごたえあるかなと思い広告除去課金したけど後悔。金返せって気持ち。日本語版やる人は気をつけて。
追記 アプリ内からメッセージ送ったけど返答はないです
