Charges for Purchases Not Made
I have made purchases in this app such as screw packages, coins, etc. I have had to continuously request refunds from Apple because I keep getting charge for purchases I have not made. First, I have consideration to an error now, it’s just fraudulent. I will be filing a Consumer Protection Complaint and deleting the app.

So many ads
I have enjoyed this game for a long time, but the ads have become more frequent, much longer, and there is no way to turn off the sound. I have, therefore, decided to avoid this game.

Great game but your choice of underwear ads is disgraceful and disgusting. There are - I am sure - children playing this game and this isn’t something that they should be subjected to.

I have been playing Word Crossy for more than 7-8 years! It doesn’t really get old because you just can’t run out of words. Sometimes they can be obscure but, hey, you just learned a new one! It’s my daily ‘keep my brain sharp’ activity. Thanx for continuing to add new levels and interspersing hard and easy levels along the way.

Former lover
I used to LOVE this game and it became a part of my morning routine each day. Since the newest update, all I get are ads. The ads take longer to get through than to finish one puzzle. I’m extremely disappointed. The least they could do is have an ad after like every 5 puzzles, not after every single one.

Very irritating. Another game ad will always pop up after u finish each level. Didn’t use to be this way. Waste of time

Ads will not close
I like this game. I also understand that they have to have some ads run between levels to keep it going. However, in the last few weeks they have starting showing ads that you cannot close out. There is no X to close the ad, not even after quite a while. The only way to get past the ad to continue the game, is to close the entire app and then re-open it. And this is not just one ad, but many of them. This is obviously super frustrating and significantly reduces the enjoyment of the game. They developers need to better monitor the ads and fix this issue.

Giant red question mark
The background has been a giant red blurry question mark for the last few days. I can’t figure out how to update the app and the help section is unhelpful. The background makes my head hurt!
Problem Ads
I’ve had this app for awhile but the ads on the bottom are now too close to the game letters. Twice yesterday I swiped and hit an ad for icore_vpn.net displaying a spam link that my apple phone had been hacked.

Disgusting Word
Please eliminate the word ‘moke’ from your puzzle dictionary. In the US it is a pejorative for a black person. Very very offensive!
Pop up ads
They just added pop up ads that disrupt the game. I’m on potato stage so have played over 16,400 levels. NOW they do this? Weird.
Also, my last game required the words “melic” and “bice.” Good luck guessing some of their vocabulary. Sometimes a word is allowed but not the plural and vice versa. Pretty arbitrary. But obvs I deal with it since I play every day. Boosters are easy to earn and are unfortunately necessary to finish some puzzles.

Too many 50% off
Bonus spin for daily prize is a joke. The last 5 times (yes I kept track) it was a 50% off as the prize. There are only 2 on the wheel yet every time it’s the same outcome. That’s some poor programming for a so called “random” prize.

Great Game Ruined by Ads
Loved the early days where you could rack up tons and tons of coins by solving the puzzles at your own pace. Then they nerfed coin growth. Then they added the ‘option’ of watching ads for coins on top of the regular ads, but at least those were on a different screen. Bruh, now I have a banner ad at the bottom of the PUZZLE and MENU that I can’t X out of. What a coincidence that as the ad-experience worsens a new ‘ad-free’ microtransaction becomes available in the shop.

Enjoy with a couple of suggestions
I love the game and play almost every day. I usually finish and then go back to play previous games. It would be nice to easily access them without having to scroll down over and over. When you tap on the level list to the left of the screen, you see all the levels but cannot pull them up. It would be really great if you could do that, as it would make it much easier to keep playing.
The newest update is filled with lovely colors which makes it a beautiful app. With the newest update, the circles that cover each letter are a bit large. I make more mistakes now because they get overlapped and interconnected. At least on a phone screen where you don’t have a lot of room. Maybe make them a little smaller? Overall, though, I really do enjoy playing this game!
