I truly love this game but the app locked up and will not open. I don’t want to delete the app and start over as I have been playing this daily for over a year and don’t want to lose what I have achieved. I emailed the developer 3 days ago and CRICKETS…… I’m starting to believe they kicked me off on purpose because I never have to open the constant barrage of ads. TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!!

Since the last update, this app no longer works! When launched it immediately fails. I have even tried reinstalling the app and it still FAILS to work. Please fix.

I love this game and have been playing it for years, I tapped it this morning and it would show the beginning screen and then crash, I shut my phone down and powered it back on but the same problem so I deleted it and reinstalled it hoping that would fix it but it didn’t 🫤

I actually like this game quite a bit. I am not a crossword person but I love words and finding words. The crossword actually helps a bit.

Love the App! Even though this is supposed to be a kids app, I have been in love with this game.
The latest update however is crashing, Im using an iPhone 8 and Im not sure whats breaking. Would not want to reinstall as I would loose the progress! Please help!

Vocabulary
My big problem with this game is that the vocabulary that they use is very limited. I spend so much time putting in common English words that are not recognised, that I am not enjoying this game at all. I suspect it should be marketed as a learning tool to students who wish to improve their command of the English language, it is certainly not a game to appeal to anyone who is a native English speaker!

App won’t open
Every time my mom has tried opening the app for the past 3 days, it immediately crashes and won’t open. I downloaded it onto my iPhone and had the same problem.

i got this game from prime opinion and as soon as i was at the last big check point for money it glitched and didn't let me open the app even after i deleted and redownload it. this game is a scam if you're playing for money.
