I loved this game from the start because of the gorgeous graphics and because, having tried several games in this genre, found that this one lived up to the promise of being relaxing. No timers, no competition, comfortable level of difficulty. Collecting koi is delightful. But then the devs introduced competitive leagues. There was no way to opt out. It was forced. It wrecked the mood for me and cluttered up the grid. I contacted support about it and downgraded the stars to 2. But today, I was so pleased to see that we’re now being offered the ability to opt out, 5 stars are back! I’d give it 10 now if I could. Thank you devs!

Love this, but can’t buy ad free
I love this game. It keeps my brain challenged but no enough to stress me out. The ambient sound is soothing and the interface is beautiful. I’m already at level 168 but I cannot figure out how to upgrade to an ad free experience. Nothing pulls you out of Zen than a blaring ad that breaks through the trickling water and cricket sounds!

Game ruined now
I previously left a 5 star review for this game, but for me, it has been ruined by the introduction of competitive leagues. The gorgeous graphics are as lovely as ever, but what was special about the game before was that it actually delivered on the “zen” promise. No timers, no competition, relatively easy words. Relaxing and a visual treat. I wouldn’t object if we were offered the option to be in a league. But no, we’re just forced into one like it or not. The league points now clutter up the puzzle grid and are very in your face. Also, I contacted support about this and didn’t even receive the courtesy of a reply. The beauty of the graphics is now the only selling point.

Game is not working anymore
The latest update has ruined this game. If you close then try to reopen the game it has a never ending loop with just a spinning orb and a line of text chocolate hills, Philippines below it. Fugo help advised me to delete then reinstall the game, but once closed it still goes back to the spinning orb loop when reopened. So I have had to delete and reinstall the game for over a week now on iPhone iOS 26.5.2 every time I want to play it - That combined with paying for no ads, only for them to resume after a couple of levels despite being logged in, means it is time for me to find a different game to play - It is a shame because it was such a nice relaxing game to play

Thank you for your reply, it is the same advice you gave me when I emailed you over a week ago.
1) I have followed your advice to restart iPhone and reinstall this game over 20 times and it does not solve the problem.
2) When Fugo added the “Refresh” button to the game in order to continue playing it re-introduced adds to the game for players like myself that had already paid for no adds.

I just downloaded this game through Mistplay. And it’s so relaxing and there aren’t any ads so far and I’m on level 35. I’m sure there may be a couple but not many. And if you download through Mistplay you earn points towards gift cards so it’s even more worth it. 5 stars for sure.
