Honestly. This is the worst app ever made. U go to log in. But u can’t because your password is expired. So then u reset the password but have to use a password that hasn’t been used in the last 12 times, so u forget the latest pw. Then u need a one time passcode, even though u just logged in. All for what? To look at a payslip Lolol. Rubbish

Old notifications didn’t go away.
I changed employers and still have notifications of messages from my prior employer that I can’t clear because I don’t work there anymore. So I just get to live with a red dot number 4. No help desk that I’ve been able to identify.

Every time I want to check my hours or my paycheck is like a long process to access my account.
Not functional
Being able to enter time off for employees and other useful tasks would greatly improve this app. Otherwise it’s just a waste of space on my phone.

Nice when it actually works
I had to switch to this app for my job, previously had Paycom. When it works it’s fine, though a bit hard to navigate in some places. The downside is when it randomly will not let me log in with my passcode and insists on a username and password. This happened today, and it refused to accept my password saying it was wrong, but when I tried to reset it I was told I can’t reuse a password. I had to be emailed a code as well. All in all wasted 10 minutes of work time, and it’s far from the first time it’s happened. Paycom was much more user friendly.

I am so sick of having to reset my password every time I want to log in
why?
doesnt save login information. you need to make a new password every login session. its 2025. shouldnt need to do this for security purposes. and when looking atva PDF file we cant type or interact with the iphone menu to send or airdrop

The program is cumbersome, and there are too many steps. There is no option for flexibility.
