Great app to have, although the learning curve is a little steep
This app is lame
It does not integrate with Gsuite or email from your phone. It routes everything back to the app. I hate it.

This app is simply amazing! A centralized hub with features like HRS, approvals, expenses and leave management are like godsends to our HR!
Easy to use
The new Shift function is long awaited, and it did not disappoint, now I can set work shifts to my team in a simple and straightforward manner!
My office can't live without it now
We used to use paper and spreadsheets for tracking leave requests, use Whatsapp for communication, email for approvals, etc. all over the place. Now it is so easy with WorkDo's built in leave management, chat, tasks, approval. I really love how WorkDo bring everything together for me with just one app.

An all-in-one app
Itβs a great app for teamwork because it simplifies the work process with tools like tasks, notes, events, attendance, leave and expenses. I highly recommend it.
Love this app... could use a few tweaks
I really love the versatility of WorkDo. My org recently adopted it and we love the functionality. It lets you do everything you need in one place. It is great...
A few suggestions:
1) more notification options for events, tasks, chats- that will notify you on your phone. Or allow you to push reminder notifications. All of the info is in WorkDo, but it is useless unless you check WorkDo several times a day. This is slightly unrealistic when you are dealing with a large group.
2) integration with phone calendars. We need a easy way to drop the events in our calendar. We have a list of events, but it isn't as useful if we can't see them outside the app or get a reminder (that we can set).

Hi, thank you for supporing WorkDo. Thank you for the suggestions. 1. We do have reminder function for Events. In event detail, click the more button on top right (three vertical dots) and there is a button called Alarm. You can set the alarm to remind you of the event five, fifteen, thirty minutes or one hour before the event start time. For other items such as tasks and notes, if you are the creator or admin, you can send reminder to other related members by clicking the more button on top right of the detail page and click Remind. Please also check if all notification settings have been turned on. We will take your suggestion into consideration for future developments and see what we can enhance on notifications. 2. We are looking into integration with device calendar or other calendars that people often use. As for events reminder, please see 1. This app is (almost) everything I wanted
I cannot express how much I love WorkDo. You can invite people to the workplace you want, easily organize discussions about different topics, add photos & hold votes inside of every topic! You can schedule easily, and notifications keep every informed and on-topic! I was hoping to use this app for the our band where lots of different topics need to be discussed between 8 different people, but it stores everything on the phone! I can't ask everyone to download an enormous app, and continue to make space for continuing conversations... is there a secure "cloud" storage that can be added? Besides this problem, everything about this app is GOLDEN!! I really love it.

It is a great App which necessary for team work. With it, you can assign a task, plan an event, comment, track and add a note or upload a file, a photo to share to your work group. It's an easy way to achieve team collaboration quickly and efficiently, I really love this App!
