Constantly crash’s while trying to deposit checks.

Stop asking me what I think of the app every single time I open it!!!!!
A wonderful finanial partner
In 2015 we were on the upswing from a bad work/relocation choice that cost us dearly, not the least of which being our ‘big bank’ we were at and trusted had screwed us over with a deposit situation that ‘would take 30 days to clear up’ with zero regard for our tight spot.
We needed a second car and had to use a ‘buy here-pay here’ type place. They got us financing through Workers CU.
WCU made the process SO incredibly easy, made us feel valued, and while we did have to provide addtl documentation it was all logical stuff within the realm of sanity vs ‘just because’. Most importantly to us at a time where we were reeling from the embarassment of a year of bad choices and VERY difficult times for us - WCU treated us as we were - good people who 95% do the right thing but were in a rough patch.
Because of WCU’s approach to our car loan we moved everything over to them, and have been with them 11 happy years now.
Things in life change. I really hope WCU isn’t one of them. Thankfully in part to WCU’s way of doing business our financial situation WAS within the next 2 years.
We’ll be customers for life.

New update sucks
What have you done? Balance and available balance now mushed together. Landing page for log in looks awful. Not I phone friendly at all.
Best App Out There
This is the most user friendly app I’ve ever come across. Great thought went into making this easy for the user to find and access accounts and information. LOVE IT !

Absolutely the best bank in the area. I’ve been a loyal customer for years.
Crashes instantly
App has been broken for about a month now. Crashes as soon as I launch it.
I can’t get into my accounts. I just go around in circles & it’s really frustrating.
I’d like to be able to access my accounts & balance my check book.

Great new update
This new update is great. It’s so much easier to navigate and I love the new action option on each account!
Get chime
It takes so long for the money that is pending to go through even if it is also in the posted part and you won’t be able to get your money they are really no help when it comes to this.
There are better financial institutions
I stopped going to my local branch because one of the customer service people always looks like he’s half asleep and hasn’t shaven in about three weeks. The next town over there much more professional. What I hate is the way everything works mechanically within. I had an overdraft, which was my fault, I paid the overdraft fee, but two weeks later I pay another $25 for a retry fee. It had been two weeks since they paid the bill. Just when I thought I had a couple dollars left to my name I’m down another 25. I just wish it all happened electronically right away so I know what I’m dealing with. Very unpredictable bank.

Posted transactions delay
Unfortunately, the transactions take longer to be posted inside the application. So it’s frustrating when I want to check my statement and nothing shows up until two or three days later.
Rating the WCU app
It doesn’t always work. Sometimes there are days where you can access it and it’s a blank screen.

Horrible. Filed a complaint months ago regarding your WCU employee that gave out my personal information (my AOR), and I still haven’t heard a thing about this intrusion of my privacy.
Poor customer service
I have requested a payoff statement (today being the 3rd) for over a month now. With NO response.
