I’ve used other software to enter sprinkler inspection and backflow reports previously. None have been this complicated for no reason. Upon creating an asset for a backflow you must enter all the specific details, serial number, size, make, model, etc. Then when generating a “form” or report within the app, you must re-enter this information. It does not save your backflow test testing number or gauge information. Create hours of extra field work over the course of a year.

Horrible App, extra work…
App is a pos compared to ServiceTrade, over complicated for no reason and clunky user interface on mobile end. Requires assets to be made multiple times when returning to a site for a different inspection, annual, quarterly, etc.
Filters
Filters dont work properly on ios, cant filter assets by last service date. There is an option for it but it doesnt actually do anything.
Clunky and more work than ever in industry history, great for the people behind the desk

Nonsense app . Behaves in a way that makes no sense and actions are random. Mishmash of tick boxes that have been tacked together over the years with no sensible planning.
