Lastest update has made it slow and constantly reloads. Option to stay signed in gone
New update is terrible
Used uptick for years and this new update almost makes it unusable. So slow and hard to read. Have to jump through hoops to update tasks/close jobs off

Absolutely brilliant system, would highly recommend to anyone in the fire and security industry. Also, extremely helpful team.
Very useful.
Overall an intuitive and useful app. Very easy for field techs to report defects. Easy to find information for an unfamiliar site, (as long as the information has been entered into the system correctly). The map view can be a bit glitchy at times and there can be significant instability, particularly before an update. This can be a very. My workday would be much less efficient without it.
