すぐに落ちる

座席を検索していると画面が消えてしまうことがよくある。
読み込みが遅くリロードしている間に画面が消えてしまう。
日付を選択して照会しようとすると別日の予約が表示されているようで自分が予約している席は別の人の名前になっていることがある。会社で利用しているので不具合は伝えているがなかなか解消されないようだ。

会社の命令で無理やりこれを使わされてて休憩室もロッカーもこれ無しじゃ入れないのにこんな不具合起こされたら困ります。なんとかしてください。

サポートが充実していた

今回取り付けた鍵の種類があまり相性の良いものではなかったため、何度か不具合がありましたが、その度にサポートの方が対応してくださり助かりました。

対応お願いします！

リニューアルで、予約の際に終わりの時間が指定しづらくなりました。皆適当に予約するから、いなくなっても退出を押さない限り、他の人がずっと予約できません。すぐ改善してほしいです！
