I wrote a review and sent email. Now y’all actually took my money. Never heard back. Support just takes me to their website. Like I just want my money back. This is insane and I’m not even using the app either. I kept trying logging and it would give me an error. I see that you replied to all these reviews, but not mine? I don’t wanna be that type person, but still you guys still took my money out of my bank account. I don’t want the account anymore, I really don’t. I don’t plan on using it either. There’s too many downfalls on this app.

Reset Passaword

Can’t login with my email after going to forgot password, still waiting on the pin to be sent to my email. Also went to their website to contact them, no answer. Sent a message on Instagram no answer from them. But I’m still subscribe to them they App Store. Just cancelled the renewal. Waste of the yearly plan.

App took my money I can’t even fiendish the process reinstalled, figured give it a reboot and same thing this is annoying and to think I liked what I saw on instagram… trash app

App glitch.

Who do I need to talk to about getting my payment back? I signed for the yearly payment and tried to get 24.99, but instead of getting that deal. It freezes on me. I tried existing it out of the app and refresh, didn’t work. I tried starting my phone, didn’t work. I even deleted the app and it’s telling me to try again later or try a different way to login. I was looking forward to use it, because I followed them on instagram, but I should’ve read the reviews before purchasing the subscription. I would like to get my money back and I cancel the subscription already.
