Yep, login is bad bad bad
As others have noted, logging into this app is impossible for some people. I’ve used iPhone from day one. It shouldn’t just work. Staff told me to use a simple, easy-to-remember password bc I’ll need to manually enter it even after submitting a new password (twice for accuracy). Didn’t help, but I should be able to use a strong password. I tried dozens of times, staff sent me repeated invites and password resets. Login of the app always failed. Worthless until they get some real iOS programmers who can fix it.

Fix This App. This is pathetic.
Cant even login to the app or get an email to change password or reset password. It’s completely dysfunctional.
How would I know
I signed up in January, I have tried everyday since to login in and am not able. I went to my local gym and they confirmed my stuff was correct and told me they were having app issues so I waited, I contacted corporate after a whole month and they say there’s nothing is nothing wrong with the app on their end, that it’s up my local gym, they say it’s corporate and no one will give them an estimated time it’ll be fixed. I’ve called, visited, and tried everything I know to do. NO COMMUNICATION! I asked how I’d know when it was fixed and I was told I won’t I’ll just have to keep trying. I’ve now sent emails to all addresses I can find and I’m still hitting walls. Where is my help? When is this going to be fixed? This is part of my membership and we’re all getting robbed by not having access. Someone fix this

Useless if you can’t get an initial password
I should be able to give 0 stars if I am not able to even get an initial password. I joined Workout Anytime over a week ago and have been trying ever since to get an initial password. I’m using the same email address they used to send me the initial agreement documents and even went as far as copying and pasting it into the initial screen. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, I had the Gym employees verify my email, I’ve had the Gym employees confirm I’m doing everything correctly, I sent an email to the tech support email address listed in the App Store and have yet to receive a response from anyone.

Logging in issues
App is horrible. And reading 2 year old reviews on the app. Workout Anytime obviously doesn’t care to fix its technical issues. Bc I’m having and been having the same issues everyone else has complained about when trying to log in or retrieve the reset email to log into my account. I’ve called the gym and they forcibly had to send me the reset link to my email and it still didn’t log in after resetting the password.

I downloaded it and tried to use it after setting my account up and it at isn’t work so I had to go to my location the mgr couldn’t get it to work until her turned my brightness setting up to maximum and then it worked.

I've noticed the app glitching way too much lately. It shuts down when you put in the workout data. It's time for an update as soon as possible.

Cannot sign into app or get any technical support
When opening app it ask you to sign in and there is a button to reset password or resend invite. Click that button never receive the email. Click contact support on the app page there are two numbers one for technical support which is for gym owners the other is for members but they only support the online account and do not provide any app support. The email I am using is the one I used to sign up for membership also the same one for the online account.

How to get in with no one at the front desk
I saw some people scanning there barcode at the entrance door on the side there was a device. I did the same but could not get in so annoying and no one at the front desk to help…. Bad first start of the gym

Cant log in to the app and when I try to get a password reset I never get the email. Very frustrating to deal with.

Lousy Account Setup
I’ve been trying for an hour to set up my password. It simply does not work. Keeps saying successful password then when I try and log in it tells me it’s invalid. Why can’t I just do it on line without the email hassle?

Doesn’t allow you to update membership info within the app. You have to reach out to your gym for assistance which defeats the purpose.

There is no support for this app. I keep getting “unable to set your password check internet connection” message no matter what. I’m at the club or at home. The staff was not able to help me. So I have to use my plastic key tab every time I go to workout. I put in my email for the forgot password or resend link and this is what I get all the time. Please any help would be appreciated!
