About

Apple Watch tracks 75 workout types. Most people use four. Workout Crown turns the other 71 into a set worth collecting. Log a type once — Rowing, Archery, Water Polo, Hand Cycling — and that crown is yours for good. ONE CROWN PER TYPE Browse the full catalog and see which crowns you hold, which are still open, and which are retired. Log a session on your watch and it lands here on its own. RARITY Find out how many other players have ever logged each type. Some crowns a third of the community holds. Some almost nobody does. STREAKS YOU CAN ACTUALLY SAVE Keep a type going day after day. When streaks are about to lapse, one evening reminder names them — not five separate notifications. TRY THIS WEEK Three unclaimed types you could start today without booking anything. Shuffle if you don't like the picks. EVERY SESSION, SEARCHABLE Your whole history in one list. Search by type, month or year. CHALLENGES Set a target — crowns or hours, over any window — and share it with friends. See who's ahead, and get a morning nudge when you drop behind pace. LEADERBOARD See where your crown count ranks against everyone playing. WIDGET Crowns and streaks on your Home Screen. BUILT FOR THE WATCH Start a workout on your watch from the app. Sessions sync in the background, even when the app is closed. ACCESSIBLE BY DESIGN Hand Cycling and both wheelchair paces can count towards your total. Off by default, on in one tap — and turning it on never takes a crown away. Your sessions and their dates stay on your device. Only your crown count, display name and which types you've claimed sync to iCloud, so the leaderboard and rarity can work.

What's New in Workout Crown

2.1

September 9, 2026

CROWN PRO Streak rules per type — a count per week or the days that count, instead of daily-or-nothing. Pause — keep today when you're hurt, travelling, or just buried. Analytics — the days streaks actually break, patterns and trends over time. Backup — rules and pauses survive a reinstall or a new phone. Pro widgets — choose exactly which types show up. App icons — the Crown Pro icon, more finishes coming.
