Unusable

Just downloaded and can’t even use the app. Can open a work out but the workouts won’t fit on my screen nor can you scroll up or down. Can’t click into an exercise or back out. Need to completely restart the app to access anything. Pretty much unusable. Seems like it would be. A decent app and have want I need but we’ll never know.

Always issues

The app always kills itself, glitches and stops working. Hard to get it to go back to log screen or add weights or sets. Even changes what you’ll enter. You can go to watch the demonstration and it turns off

Best workout app

This is hands down the best workout app I’ve found on the App Store. I am so thankful for this because first, it really is free and does not try to get you to buy a subscription or buy some plan. It has a ton of different exercises that you look up based on muscle group. I also love that you can pick out exercises before get to the gym so you’re not trying to figure out things on the fly. It has become my go to for every gym session.

Update: after updating to the latest iOS, this app stopped working. I emailed support about it and to my surprise I received a response within about an hour. And within about a week they had an update which fixed the issue. Again, the best workout app on the App Store.

Premium

You have to subscribe in order to save a routine…which is the entire point of the app. Would be nice if you were at least able to have one saved routine and more than one was premium.

Updates are Spotty

Newest update has broken the app. Can’t skip the AI Generated plan, but it refuses to load. No longer useable.

Crashing

Please fix the crashing issue, this new update ruined a simple, but amazing app for tracking workouts…

Used to be great

Was a great app until the recent update. It allowed you to create a custom workout of your own and tracked your reps and weight amounts. Then an update came that made it mandatory that the app creates a workout plan for you based upon your age and desired results, but it has a glitch so it never creates it. The app just gets stuck there 😫

Network Error

It keeps saying network error when it tries to create a workout routine which I do not need but theres no going around it. It wont let me use it.
Its a shame cause I liked it before the AI.

Worked fine until an update

Good basic planner. Update, and now it wants all my info. I put it in, and the app crashes every time! Fix it!

Great free app. Thank you. Some bugs

Love the app. Helps me nail my workouts. Frustrations though because it constantly deletes and resets the weight you enter when you leave and come back to the app between exercises. Even after you lock it in with the check mark.

Great if you want to be on your toes about what workout you want to do. You can’t plan ahead, you can only plan “todays workout”

Review revised after a couple months of use…

Having issues with the app after a couple months. Have to restart the app often during workout to be able to view the exercise or edit weight etc. the app locks up and crashes… Also not able to plan workouts the day before a workout is cumbersome. Going to try another app to see if these issues exist there as well.

Great app!!

Very easy to use with tons of exercises broken down into different categories. Highly recommend.
I do have one suggestion. I would like to see that you could duplicate the exercise on one day. I like the idea of checking off the exercise after each set. That would help in keeping track of how many sets you have done. So if you are doing 4 sets of pushups, then you would have 4 pushup entries on that day. Then, as you complete them you could check each off.

Nice simple app to plan a workout

Loving this app so far, just downloaded it. Am just getting back into working out and needed something to help me track and pick workout exercises. So far I highly recommend this app!

Great for beginners!

The Ui is very easy to follow, and the workouts have been very clear to me. Highly recommend!

Good and needs some improvement

This is a hood app to select a workout plan. I appreciate the breakdown of the exercises and the clear graphic demos. It’s great that it estimates the calories burned as you use the tracker to workout. HOWEVER when working out at night it the tracker cuts off at midnight and doesn’t carry over so not only does it not record what you have done after midnight it doesn’t record what you did before midnight. ADDITIONALLY it doesn’t allow for 2-a-days. You can only load and track once. Another feature that would be beneficial is to save workouts to easily apply to a day to help plan different days (i.e. leg, upper, ab, cardio, etc.). Also pulling up a workout you planned and like and allowing for adjustments and revision would be excellent. ONE MORE NEED is if the app let you plan in advance; I wanted to plan a week out and that wasn’t an option nor could I plan the night before- that makes it more inefficient of time and counter to planning for an app designed to plan. It’s a good start.
