What's New in Workout Tracker

1.3

October 17, 2026

A new look, a faster way to build your training block, and one more lift whenever you want it. - A new look: darker screens with one clear next step on each. Today leads with your workout and what to beat, and the live workout matches. - Build a block in four steps: pick your split and days, choose Size, Strength or Both, pick up to three muscles to bring up, then see the whole block before you start. - See why it's built that way: weekly sets for each muscle against the muscle-building range, and the reason each exercise is there. Tap an exercise for two ready swaps. - New splits: Arnold and body part. - Progress is one page: your estimated 1RM across the block, a body map of what you trained, how often you showed up, and your new bests. - Plan shows your block's weeks building toward the deload, with every option it had before. - Add an exercise mid-workout in two taps. It goes up next, with Undo. - Rest shows the set picked for you front and centre. - Lift Forecast: see where a lift could be in 6, 12 or 24 weeks, starting from your own best set. Share it to your Story, or start the block that gets you there. - Set your own rest time in Profile, from 30 seconds to 5 minutes. It's the same setting as on the web. - Tell Mesolab which weights your gym has, and suggestions stick to them. No 35s? It goes from 30 straight to 40. - Just train today suggests a starting weight for lifts you've done before, and says why. - Before your first workout, Today offers a reminder for the day you plan to go. - Plan starts later this week? Start Day 1 today, right from Today. - Log set stays above the keyboard while you type, so your first set is one tap away. - Dumbbell weights read per dumbbell, so you know what to pick up. - New to Mesolab? The app opens on Create Account, with Sign in one tap away. - Fixes and polish: Today refreshes when you come back to the app.
