Simple yet effective. I've tried lots of workout apps and always come back to this one, it's brilliant.
Great app. Nice and simple.
I needed an app to log my exercises (weights, reps and sets). It’s hard to keep track otherwise. Hard to know what progress you’re making. I don’t mind paying for one, but some of them are quite expensive. I looked at a fair few. I just wanted something simple! You wouldn’t believe how hard it is to find something simple and inexpensive. I don’t need bells and whistles. This app is great. It has nearly all the exercises and lets you log everything and see your progress. I’m sure it probably can do more than I use it for. I had an issue with something recently when the app had been upgraded. I emailed and James emailed me back immediately and explained what I needed to do (press a button basically!) I recommend this app to all my weightlifting friends. It’s just what I was looking for.

I have been using this app for months to track workouts. Opened it today all my history and is gone and I can’t start a workout without paying.
Devs want to monitise apps, fine. But no warning. On way to get my history out. Just gone.

Great workout planner
Surprised this doesn’t have many reviews already. Easily the best and most intuitive workout tracker out there. It helps me organise my workouts and focus on progress at the gym.
Wiped all stored data and locked all features behind a paywall
I’ve been using this app for a few weeks and loved the interface and how intuitive it is. It suddenly “updated”, removed all of my custom workout plans, and does not allow any functionality without a paid subscription. This is extremely unfortunate for such a promising fitness app.

Hi Rico, I’m really sorry about the issue you have had. All existing users of the app should have unlimited access for free, and your workouts should have been properly migrated to our new system. Great app for beginners
It’s new, and so there are some minor changes I’d recommend. It’s perfect for someone who needs direction in lifting, positions, etc. Very simple, very clear, very well done. Have been looking for something like this for a while.

Tracking my workouts is really simple and easy. I love how I can see my progress by looking back at the history and visualising it on a graph! Would recommend

I couldn’t find any other apps on the App Store that suited to my needs but this was exactly what I was looking for. I’ve recently subscribed and can say it’s very useful!
Excellent fitness app
I never really used to have a plan when I went to the gym and didn’t know where to start when it came to equipment. This app gives you a workout plan depending on what you want to focus on, tells you what to use and has pictures and detailed instructions to demonstrate what to do. Highly recommend!
