Getting back up
Ten years loving this app
I’ve been a boxing trainer for a decade, found this app and have never thought to use another. Highly reliable, easy to edit and modify. Love it
Amazing
Best timer and easy to set up custom workout and you can adjust as your workout adjusts I would highly recommend the app
Great App
I’ve been using this app to teach my clients for the past 8 years and outside of 1 small feature i wish it had I’ll continue to use this app forever! It truly saves me in so many situations go with PRo features its well worth it.
Gets the job done
Simple to use, and works.
Love it
Best workout app ever. Simple and easily customizable. Unfortunately they haven't updated it in forever. Would love to be able to restart it in the middle of an exercise program if I stop it by mistake. Makes me start at the beginning. Otherwise fabulous app.
Ottima
Da avere!
Excellent App
This is an excellent App I only wish we could add music per exercise interval.

Excellent app and very convenient!
The workout app I purchased has proven to be quite convenient. It has simplified my exercise routine by eliminating the need to maintain a paper list of exercises. I was impressed by its longevity and decided to buy it without any hesitation. So far, the app has held up well on my phone and I am pleased with my purchase. I am still using it. Great work guys! A genius app!

Great!
I like how much we can customise our workouts. Even add names of each exercise. Would be better if this was on apple watch! Overall great app
Ads after Pro Purchase
I purchased the full pro version for features and add removal, ads still come up. When you try to reapply the remove ad feature, the app crashes. *********** Customer support contacted me and took care of the issue, it was caused by the latest iOS upgrade, not an app issue.
Works+
Been using for years. Best I've found for what i need: ability to construct personalized HIIT workouts.
Rate this app ever time I use it
Todays walking circuit was excellent and its the first time I used it. I actually used it by mistake. I forgot to wear my Apple Watch and went to this app for my Circuit training and used one of the pre-installed walking circuit and it was very nice. I recieved a good workout. Granted I’m not just strolling along I do many different types of walking during my training… much enjoyed

So customizable! Love it!
Easy and effective
This has really gotten me in shape!
Why the ads?
App was great until ads were added, why? I know why, but still.
Very helpful
Really helped me create a workout routine. Thanks!
Rate this app ever time I use it
I paid for this app and didn’t realize that is ask me every time I exit the routine that I have to rate the app…??? Ridiculous… I will give it one star every time it does it even thought I like the apps General design… I don’t want to have to rate the app every time I use it, and sometimes I use it 5 times a day… every time it ask me to rate it I will give it one star… I recommend you send an update to stop this behavior !

Response from developer
Hey, that is the share post workout screen as a lot of people like to share workout status on social media at the end of a workout. We are also improving this screen to show workout summary and other important information but you can also turn it off in the app settings under Options (top left) > Share After Workout
