Horrible
If you like a program that makes everything cumbersome and non intuitive then sign up to waste your time and money. This whole program is a joke, I’d actually rather use a pen and paper.
Good in theory.....not so good in the field
Everyday it helps me get from A to B, updates well, and is useful with notes and photos. Love these parts as they make my job simple and it’s efficient. ABSOLUTELY CANNOT STAND the fact it logs me out 2x minimum per day, glitches my time reports at least twice a week, doesn’t save notes time and time again, and is a pain to look on the next day in the calendar section as it instantly kicks me out. This has been persistent for 1 whole year! Fix it! I will definitely come back and give it 5 stars and a better review. Thank you.

When it works it’s 5 stars
If it works it’s great very helpful with my day. Love using the dispatch board to make my guys schedules more efficient. But out in the field I have issues with it which seems like every other week sometimes for days at a time and the only solution I’m ever given by the team at WW is to delete it and redownload the app which works half the time. I’d give them 5 stars if they fixed the issues I’ve been having for 3 years

Pictures do not upload
I have to delete the app and download it multiple times to try and get pictures of any size to upload. Definitely the biggest problem with this app

Uploading
I have to keep deleting and re -downloading this app because it will stop uploading pictures, a key part of my job and reason for having this app.
