Working Man
Needs improvement ,seems to not let you put in time off unless you go in and clock in. The part of the app that questions when it can track, you does not like to work unless you have ,always tracking selected.

It's frustrating to have to switch tracking off each time. "Location only when using" doesn't work. You have to select "always" in order to use. I don't like the idea of constantly being tracked and having to remember to switch tracking off after each use. Also when I'm just driving around near a work site, it automatically clocks me in. It could be better. Not a fan of this app

It’s my money and I need it now
Everything from the efficiency to the consistency of this application keeps the dollar flowing into my pocket. I am extremely satisfied with the performance of this application.
Phone Hi-jacker!!! AVOID
This app sucks!!! Hi-jacks your phone if you refuse to turn on location services and notifications. I work out of my home and every time I leave my house, even to walk my dog, when I come home, it auto clocks in and if it’s after hours, I can’t clock out. I’ve wasted more of my time trying to get past this to submit legitimate time because it gets stuck. Talked to the administrator and claims there’s nothing they can do individually, that’s it’s system wide because they have to have it for all other team members.
Solution: Remove App.

Great app
Workyard handles are everyday needs for our company. It keeps track of our employees time and the geofence is excellent for making sure everyone is where they say they are going to be on the jobs
Great app!
This app makes I easy to clock in and clock out if you’re one of those people that forgets to clock out on time. It does reminders at your scheduled times. I would definitely recommend this app

Helpful Oversight For A Busy Team
I’ve used Workyard for the last two years or so, and it’s been a great experience this far!
It accurately accounts the mileage and time at each location and while driving - ensuring we are allocating and billing all available hours.
Previously, the mileage reports were an honor system.
We got too big, too fast, and it wasn’t sustainable.
As soon as we implemented Workyard, the number of miles reported to us were substantially lower.
On top of all that, it’s been very helpful to get a view of my team on map. The miles saved is innumerable.
I hope they find a way for mobile users to easily view the miles traveled in a certain time period.

Improvement suggestion
It would be great if, when adding a note, it showed the projects currently on the timecard at the top of the list, to choose from, rather than having to search the same project twice. This seems so simple and intuitive…

I have used several different work apps like this but this is by far the best. I like how it shows my total hours I’ve worked so for the day at the top of my phone. This is the only app that I’ve seen do that. Plus it very effective. If I could give it 10 stars I would
New update keeps crashing
Workyard crew’s new update keeps crashing as soon as you open it. Old version worked fine and no way to go back. Screwing me over for work. Thanks!

Full of bugs and issues, can’t clock out because I need to add a break, try to add a break and it says I don’t have clearance to do it, garbage app.
