Love this game but it’s getting boring, no new levels and the same special events over & over again 😞

I love merge games. This is one of so few that have a story and a customizable realm. But how long has it been since there was a new level? I need to be able to challenge myself.
And what is the point of the drift lands?
Also, when your subscription distributes 130 gams per day, but an additional 30 seconds on a timed level is 150 gems, it begins to feel futile.
Please, don’t abandon this game.

It keeps deleting my progress.
I want to give it a better rating but
Their customer service is horrible. As a paying customer they were incredibly dismissive and unwilling to assist. Great game if you never need support from the people you give your money to for the features that make it worth playing. Incredibly disappointed.

От игры я в восторге, очень интересная, графика мне очень нравится. Пожалуйста добавьте новых уровней, или что нибудь нового. Хочется новых обновлений. Каждый сезон одно и то же событие. Есть дневник приключений в игре, в котором уже полтора года не пришло время для новых заданий. Уровней больше нет.

Wondering if new levels will ever be added
I finished the story so to speak. I enjoy the game but I’m sick of replaying the levels and waiting for the occasional special event. Will we get more story and more levels?

NOW ads freezes the game~!!!!!!!!!! Great game ….BUT….
1/29/23 - every time I watch an add, the game freezes, i have close out, refresh the app……. EVERY TIME !!!!
As of today (9/20/2021), The game constantly kicks me out. I have deleted and reloaded in hopes that it would have some kind of update keep it from quitting. Freezes all the time… I thought it was my Internet but everything works fine at home but this game. Why does it keep doing that?
