The customer service is not helpful
The customer service doesn’t have any professional knowledge, all they know is to have the customer write an email to WES and wait for the answer. And it takes a long time to hear back from them through the email. If it’s not because the university that I’m applying to uses WES, I would just cancel my application. It is very frustrating.

Good BUUUUUTTTTT…
I liked how fast and efficient isn’t they are BUT there’s a big thing. If you’re planning to transcript any medical or dental degree from foreign country make sure you DONT USE THIS platform. I wasted almost 1 year trying to go between JCNDE, ADA, and asking my coworkers how to get the things done. Until one lady told me they only accept certificates from ECE.

Course was not added.
They forgot to add a course or didn’t want to bother working properly. Very frustrating. They do not have email so I will have to wait until they open so I can call them. I want a proper service for the money I paid, so far they did nothing, just sent me an old copy of an old evaluation despite the fact that they had the new updated transcript AND specific information that I wanted the new course added to an existing evaluation. It’s as if they cannot read or don’t care .
