The customer service is not helpful
The customer service doesn’t have any professional knowledge, all they know is to have the customer write an email to WES and wait for the answer. And it takes a long time to hear back from them through the email. If it’s not because the university that I’m applying to uses WES, I would just cancel my application. It is very frustrating.

Good BUUUUUTTTTT…
I liked how fast and efficient isn’t they are BUT there’s a big thing. If you’re planning to transcript any medical or dental degree from foreign country make sure you DONT USE THIS platform. I wasted almost 1 year trying to go between JCNDE, ADA, and asking my coworkers how to get the things done. Until one lady told me they only accept certificates from ECE.

Course was not added.
They forgot to add a course or didn’t want to bother working properly. Very frustrating. They do not have email so I will have to wait until they open so I can call them. I want a proper service for the money I paid, so far they did nothing, just sent me an old copy of an old evaluation despite the fact that they had the new updated transcript AND specific information that I wanted the new course added to an existing evaluation. It’s as if they cannot read or don’t care .

I REGRET USING WES
I'm totally disappointed with how long it takes to proceed from one stage to another in the evaluation process. A week or more to confirmed receipt of transcript, same length of time to verify each stage and delayed completion timeline as promised. Causing me a year delay and a waste of my widow's mite used in ensuring you had all you requested in less than 2days each time.

This was challenging as the documents went back to the eighties but the patience and help from WES made me persevere and we were successful in obtaining the documents some on micro fiche to get my degree assessed so glad it’s done and WES links with all the institutions electronically so my credentials are now available for all to see. Expensive, slow and poorly done
Took 6 weeks for 3 pages. Slow to respond and they do so with cookie-cutter emails. Takes a long time for them to accept electronic transcripts. Results are “we put what we want”, no time equivalency (1 year in evaluation for 2.5 years Masters).
If posible, use another company.
