Scanning A Code Was Better
I used to eat at world Wrapps weekly when it was easy to use a barcode to get credit for purchases. It was super easy and enjoyable to interact with the staff. Now we’re forced to make purchases by using the app and only using the app. So we just kept four people waiting in line at World Wrapps on Chestnut Street in SF while we downloaded the app, ordered & entered a credit card. What a Great Forced Experience for ALL!!!

Clunky App and Orders never go through
I haven’t been able to place an order on this app for the past month. It always just says can’t process your order at this time. Tried signing out and back in and reinstalling. Not sure what’s going on

App needs work though. Apple Pay doesn’t work, credit card adding for payment bugs out if you hit save to wallet.
No timeframe given on when accepting last order if getting close to closing time.(made it to place order there, but app wasn’t working yesterday).

It's a miss without Apple Pay
Another app built without Apple Pay. It's pretty easy to get hacked and lose my card number these days. Just use Apple Pay and protect the consumer. Heck, even Google Pay is better than storing my CC... also default tip. Tipping culture is out of hand. Do better.

Needs time to adjust
I have been hitting forgot password and all the app is doing is sending me “new app is here” message. With the old way, it automatically remembered me. I was looking forward to using my points but I had to checkout as a guest this time around
