Easy to use
I just booked a property for the first time here and the app seems to be easy to use. Although, the room pictures were not accurate (pictured Queen studio room features instead of King one) because we’ve stayed there multiple times and know exactly what the King studio looks like.
Great improvement to the ease of use.
Booking was easy. I am however concerned about the suite description with regards to handicap access. I have no need for such a suite and don’t want to stay in one as this has happened in the past.
I did not see the option to opt out of a handicap suite.
Those are best reserved at all times for someone in need.

Doesn’t work
It doesn’t work most of the time. I have to uninstall and reinstall for it to start working at least every other day.
Easier than I imagined
Used app to look up availability and was impressed with the ease. Followed it up with a waitlist request— also easy.
Wish it would work!
The app is awful with glitching out now with the recent updates I cannot even get my app to work

I know some older members are haters on the app but it is honestly the best upgrade the company has made don’t change it.

The app features continue to improve to make it easier to search availability! This is as really lacking from the desktop site. I rarely use the desktop version now.
