New update great
They recently updated the app, and I immediately noticed because it’s much more user friendly/cohesive. Kind of like how the motogp app was always much better. Except now it feels pretty on par with it.
Where is the Apple TV version!?
Yeah, year 2026 and we finally have a frontend for the website content which we can also just watch in the browser…
Benefit - mostly none. And when I want to watch the content I paid for, then I still need to watch over airplay.
Common „dorna“ - MotoGP can do it since ten years now. When will SBK also be able to do it natively on Apple TV?!

Can’t log in
Cannot find where to log in. Cant find the current race which has already happened.

The purpose of this app is to generate revenue. We already paid for the subscription. The app becomes a greater struggle to use every year. I subscribe every year. If you subscribe during the off-season, you cannot find full session testing videos without doing a Google search. I used to be able to filter my event by class and then for only full session videos. I no longer see the full session option. I searched the entire list of round one, 2026 videos. Only interviews, no full session free practice available always have to avert my eyes while selecting a video after the fact, or it will spoil it by telling me who won.

Blank data and browser issues
Went to the App and no data except for the buy stuff area. Nothing else is working. Checked version is current. The App is on my iPhone and I’m getting a message the browser is “not the best one”!!! Dorner can do better!!!

Videopass where?
Horrible UX design. No obvious way for me to log into my paid videopass account to watch via the app, have to resort to using the Safari to be able to watch a race. No Apple TV app too is ridiculous. MotoGP app is way better, I don’t understand how both of these apps are from Dorna. I would expect a similar quality if not the same app experience.

As you’ve cornered the market on elite level moto I would expect better. I’ve been a subscriber & wasting my money for years & it never gets better using your app.
Get a clue & give back a useful product to view the show. Motogp works … don’t try to set yourself apart. do what works as the product sells itself…

App doesn’t work
Deleted and re-downloaded. Unable to use.

Any reason why we’re unable to to get video access like MotoGp?
Trash
App icon missing. App wouldn’t open, frozen at splash screen. Deleted and reinstalled but the app still won’t open. Absolute trash.
Pointless
Apps are usually richer and more immersive than the companion website but in this case the app is less functional and all a bit pointless.
Finally works, now where’s VideoPass?
After literally years, the app works again. Now, let’s get the ability to watch VideoPass content like you can in the MotoGP app. Previous issue, now resolved: The menu is in the clock area of the iPhone and can’t be pressed, making it non-functional. They fixed it for a month and it’s broken again. This has literally been broken for years. The real issue is no one cares. They acknowledge the problem, but never fix it. Someone should get fired!

Why No Races?
It doesn’t make sense that you can’t watch the races through the app. Why doesn’t Dorna use the same app that it does for MotoGP?
will Liberty make improvements?
Maybe if the Liberty buyout goes through, SBK will get an actual streaming app. How hard could it be to simply port the MotoGP app template? The work has already been done. Meanwhile, the lack of any further development in over four years is utterly ridiculous.
No Videopass
Avoid this app if you’re looking for an app to watch live races and no spoiler replays. I can only access Videopass on worldsbk.com.
